First time using Dan and his team and they made the whole process extremely smooth and followed up to make sure all my flights went well and that I had no issues. We absolutely recommend Dan and the team from I Only Fly First Class to anyone wanting to travel business or first class at exceptionally good prices and brilliant service.

We used I Only Fly First Class for the first time for a family trip, four of us traveling together, and the whole experience was honestly great. The price was almost 50% less than what we saw directly with the airline, which for four tickets makes a huge difference. At the start I wasn’t sure if it was real or not, but everything turned out exactly as promised.

Myles was the one helping us and he made the whole process super easy. He replied fast every time, explained everything step by step, and gave clear instructions so we never felt lost. Even small questions we had, he answered within minutes. With kids and four passengers, I was worried it might get complicated, but he kept it simple and stress-free.

He stayed in touch all the way, updating us when things were confirmed and making sure we had the right documents and QR codes in time. There was never a moment where I felt we were left hanging — he was always there, always on point. That kind of service really makes a difference.

At the airport, everything worked smoothly. No problems with check-in, no surprises, just exactly what we booked. It works very well when they get you the right flights to your preferred destinations but not so well if they offer you flights that’s are less than ideal but suggest they might be changed nearer the time. Once you’ve paid your money you have no bargaining power. In addition they usually offer you one price and once accepted they seem to offer an increased price later. This is no doubt how they work to get an extra margin. Have never travelled First with them. We worked with Dan who was quite inattentive in securing our last flights due to personal issues. Not ideal but our recent flights from the UK all ran to plan.

I’ve flown first class with this service five times now, and every experience has been flawless. The agent is always polite, responsive, and handles every booking perfectly. Everything is smooth, efficient, and professional. I couldn’t be happier — highly recommended!
