I previously shared my experience, and unfortunately, the issue is still unresolved.
I requested a withdrawal of $300 on February 26, 2026. On March 6, I received confirmation that the withdrawal had been approved and sent to the payments department.
However, on March 7, I lost access to my account and was later informed that it had been suspended.
As of today, I still do not have access to my account, and I have not received my funds.
I have contacted support, finance, and compliance multiple times over the past several weeks. Most of the responses I receive are repeated templates stating that “specialists are working on my case,” without any clear or case-specific explanation.
No one has reached out to me directly, and I have not been asked to provide any documentation.
At this point, it has been over a month since my withdrawal request was approved, and the lack of transparency and communication is very concerning.
I am simply requesting the release of my approved withdrawal and a clear explanation of my account status.

Update (April 13, 2026):
I followed up again with the compliance team after my previous review, but I have not received any response.
It has now been over six weeks since my withdrawal request was submitted and over five weeks since it was approved.
I still do not have access to my account, and I have not received my funds or any clear explanation.
At this point, the continued lack of response is very concerning.

Everything balanced here I think. The interface is modern, the charts update properly, and the overall experience is calm and predictable. I like that the platform doesn’t try to overwhelm users with too many complicated features.
