During support chats, I was given multiple fake transaction IDs that do not exist on the blockchain. Most importantly, at 3:06 PM on Feb 6, support explicitly admitted that "the transaction has not yet been generated on the blockchain," contradicting their previous claims of priority. I demand my funds immediately.

Update (Feb 7):
On Feb 7, I contacted IQ Cent’s Finance Department regarding this withdrawal. Despite previous admissions from support that no blockchain transaction was generated, the withdrawal of $67.47 (ID ICTP0177023160) requested on Feb 4, 2026 remains unpaid. No proof of transfer or payment date has been provided. Still unresolved.

They continue replying emotionally but still provide no TXID or payment proo

Update (Feb 14): 10 days have passed since my withdrawal request of USD 67.47 (Feb 4, 2026). The status remains “Pending.” No valid TXID, no payment proof, and no timeline have been provided. No response after my last update. This confirms continued withholding of funds.

Update (Feb 20): Two separate 24-hour deadlines were given (Feb 18 and Feb 19). Both have passed, and the withdrawal remains pending. No clear explanation or final processing date has been provided.

Update (Feb 21): The company confirmed a “final” 24-hour deadline for my withdrawal ($67.47). That deadline has passed and the payment remains pending. The explanation has now changed to “high volume of requests.”

Update (Feb 24): 20 days pending. Multiple confirmed deadlines were missed, including a “without fail” commitment. The withdrawal ($67.47) remains unpaid despite repeated escalation.

Update:(Feb 26): 22 days pending. Ticket closed without payment. Still receiving generic “processing” responses. No approval or release time provided.

These ppl need to rot in H3ll. Ive never in my life HATED a company as much as I do this one. I wouldn't piss on them if they were on fire. Im being for real. Go anywhere but these pathetic excuse as a company. Garbage. They took my money out and never sent it to me. They also just took my withdrawal ID number completely away as If it never existed. Now my account reads "$600" but I cant withdrawal that amount either because it says I need to "fund my account first" But I am a Silver level client so I should be able to withdrawal within "4 hours" so they falsely advertise.
