A superb showroom building exhibiting the best in Architectural glazing

Had sliding glass doors, 2 windows and a large rooflight fitted as part of a renovation, over 20k worth of product. Less than 4 years on there have been issues with the sliding doors not opening on one side. We are still in warrantee but the company state that the issue is 'wear and tear' and want to charge £495 for a visit to see if they can again charge to rectify the problem. What is point in having a the warrantee? Stay away! Awful awful awful customer experience, if a company refuses to even attend to assess and charge before considering what the issue may be WHEN IN WARRANTEE! We would not use this company again, take your money elsewhere.

As discussed on my email, the issue is related to those outlined in the 5 years Warranty and we therefore believe it is in fact covered under warranty. A warranty that you have been incredibly quick to dismiss. From other TP reviews, it seems this is consistent with your business practices.

"We have been liaising with both you and your husband to get this visit organised" is plainly a lie. Dismissing a warranty that we believe to stand and saying you can come for a site visit at close to £500 is not working to get a visit organised.

I had an installation into my new extension just 7 years ago and it is failing already, this was a very very expensive installation but i was told at the time this was top notch best in class despite having had double glazed units before and not experienced any failings. I was told they needed to do a site visit to assess the issue - i had sent them pictures, they had my dimensions but i had to have a technician review it - he was there 5 minutes, did not take any pictures nor have any of the damage which i had to show him as can only be seen in certain weather conditions nor take any dimensions as they already had them - they charged £420 for that 5 min visit I expressed concern that units of this expense should not be failing at 7 years given more inferior products have lasted 2/3 times this period - have been quoted an outrageous amount to replace the one failing pane out of 3 so no acknowledgement that they charge premium prices, hold themselves out at top notch products but this is clearly not the case. This type of unit should not fail for 15/20 years if at all but 7 years. I have also heard other similar stories but these are not being reported. So be aware this looks good and is sold as top of the range but does not last and you will be charged very large amounts of money for perfunctory visits.

We have been to the showroom to firstly obtain an understanding of what the company has to offer and how we might be able to utilise the products on display, and subsequently to discuss our concepts and get advice and guidance on the possible systems to use and details thereof. Each visit was an absolute pleasure, being informative, edifying, and inspiring. Our main point of contact, Emily, was fantastic; personable, knowledgeable, and a great communicator.
So, overall, our experience was top notch and a pleasure. Our project is still in the formative stages but we hope we can continue our collaboration with IQ and it’s fantastic team.

I emailed the after-sales care team at IQ glass a few of weeks ago because the glass roof they had designed, supplied and fitted for me in 2018 had developed a leak. I had a speedy response from Aimee Buckle asking me to provide her with details and photos of the problem. She then arranged for one of their technicians to come out, on the understanding that he would assess the site and hopefully be able to find and fix the fault during that visit. The technician arrived promptly, having called me when he was en route. He inspected the roof, established what the problem was & spent some time making sure it was fixed. He kept me fully informed throughout. All seems well at present. Overall the service I received on this occasion was very good.

The support we received from Zosia was fantastic, we had to make an insurance claim to replace our front door, through no fault of IQ Glass. Zosia was so helpful, supportive and clearly communicated with us over throughout the process, making a difficult situation much easier.

Luke and his team from IQ did a fabulous job on the maintenance and repair of our Keller minimal sliding doors. The job wasn't straightforward, and site access was far from easy, but they resourcefully and cheerfully solved all of the problems that the installation threw at them and we now have a smoothly functioning and wonderful looking working set of window. All in all it made what could have been a very stressful day for us entirely manageable.

We were shown the IQ range by Dan and were thoroughly impressed. Reinforces our selection of IQ as the glazing product which will be the focal point of our major extension project.

Brilliant service from IQ Glass, the 4 gentleman that carried out the job were extremely professional, polite, very respectful of our home, they took their shoes off and made sure they tidied up after themselves.

Dan @ IQ Glass was a huge help during pre-sales to help mitigate and manage the Building Control issues we were encountering prior to sign off. Without Dan's help and assurance, we would have had to halt the build which would have had a financial impact. Dan's expertise in understanding of the problem, our requirement as clients and the challenges with the Building Controller resulted in a very quick resolution.
