Beautiful doors. The technicians who came to sort out the issues we had, 7 years after the doors were fitted, were a total joy. Polite, competent and extremely attentive to the job. Couldn’t have asked for more.
I could also get used to being called Ma’am!

If only every company offered the fantastic after sales service and customer care I received from Aimee at IQ Glass. She was only to pleased to help with a small request and really went out of her way to make us happy. Thank you!

Avoid at all costs, over £150,000 worth of windows ordered, the awful service, the poor quality of the installation, the refusal to do the job properly or return to mend a lot of problems, the inability to ever get in touch when needed, the huge turnover of staff so you never spoke to anyone twice, the delay caused by them with the whole house build. Started installation in 2021 and we finished the last remediation in July 20124.
In the end we gave up with them and mended our own windows.

Dealing with this company was the worst consumer experience of my entire life. We ordered multiple windows and a large glass kitchen door from IQ for a major home extension project. After installation (when we were not present) it transpired that something was wrong with nearly every window: some the wrong colour or spec, others simply don't function (they will not remain open). How these products could have left the factory, let alone been installed, is beyond me. But the worst was yet to come, as this installation happened over 2 years ago, and we have been locked in antagonistic negotiations with IQ ever since. They repeatedly didn't respond to contact from us, told us they couldn't make windows to the originally agreed specifications (which had been signed off by them and our architect), the contact person changed part way through negotiations but we weren't told and there was no handover so they knew nothing about the case, and they've effectively refused to remedy the situation. Recently they have washed their hands of the whole thing and refunded around 20% of what we paid them. If we could afford it we would take them to court. We have been worn down by their lack of care and responsiveness, which I assume is a deliberate strategy. The upshot is that, among the other issues, I have a large window in my home office on the top floor that I have to prop open a crack with the support of a block, meaning the room overheats and is unusable in the summer. If you are thinking about using them then don't - if you read back over past reviews you will see that our situation is not at all unique. Our experienced architect and builder said they had never seen anything like it in their whole careers.

Edit: in response to IQ's reply... the company initially posted one response in which they more or less denied all of the above ever happened. Today, several days later, they've edited it, which gives an indication of how chaotic their approach to customer service is. I'd also note that they initially asked for identifying details with a promise of helping to rectify the situation, but in fact just wanted to post a defensive reply here that was full of factually incorrect statements (e.g. only one window had problems, this was quickly sorted out, etc.). They have backed down from a lot of this in their newly edited response, but it still doesn't come near the reality of the situation: they say 'the window provided was functional' when in fact more than one windows are still non-functional (I would add images here if I could of them today, showing that they do not stay open). The request for changes to the designs that they mention were in response to the fact that the designs they installed were completely useless, so how this is somehow our fault I cannot fathom! Our architect was suggesting solutions because they didn't propose any. Finally, they refer to 'the recent issue with the back door' which I actually hadn't even mentioned in my initial review. Recently, after only 2 years of use, a very large, heavy glass pivot door simply dropped off its hinges. This was incredibly dangerous, as it was hanging loose and could have fallen causing serious injury and damage. It also meant we couldn't shut or lock it overnight, causing security concerns. IQ did send someone to repair it, but it should never have happened in the first place. To point to this as an example of good customer service is really indicative of how they operate. The repair guy told us that every time the door is opened it loosens a screw, so that the problem will happen again, so yet another demonstration of their design flaws. Honestly, avoid them at all costs.

We found the visit to be incredibly informative, and Emily and team were welcoming, professional but relaxed in manner which made the visit a very enjoyable and productive experience.
Being able to see the various products in the flesh and try them out, whilst seeing a wider portfolio, helped us narrow down our search for our particular build project. This combined with the subject matter expertise of Emily meant we gained a great deal from the visit.

Stunning showroom with fantastic customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Huge thank you to Dan who went the extra mile for me. Very much recommend IQ Glass if you're thinking about having wow factor glass additions to your property.

A really great visit from a cheerful greeting when we arrived through to an informative tour of a comprehensive showroom. We were not rushed and given the time we needed to look at and try out all the doors and windows.

What an amazing showroom. The most common word used during our visit was WOW! The staff were so professional, friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. We had to travel a couple of hours to get there, which ended up being a great day out thanks to how amazing the showroom and staff were.

A positive customer experience from start to finish. Each person on the journey from design through to fitting a complex roof light and minimal sliding door system were excellent. As an architect, I was impressed by the companies attention to detail and can do attitude. I will certainly use IQ again.

A huge huge thank you for the exceptional customer service received from Craig in Oldham! i turned up to the offices in oldham thinking it was the showroom! Craig invited us in and went through our designs. His knowledge and customer care was outstanding! Would definitely recommend!

The staff were exemplary in terms of their professionalism and "can do" attitude. They cared about what they were doing, our property and kept us informed on progress. The site was in a difficult location along with added complications (outside of IQ control). The company was always very responsive and despite the hurdles/challenges referred to earlier you always felt that the company were determined and committed to delivering a first class installation of their high quality products.

A 5-star review to specifically call out the service and help that I received from Zosia in After Sales. She was absolutely amazing, and went above and beyond to help me with my problem. She has always been responsive, friendly and helpful, and did not give in easily in the resolution of my issue. Thank you so much Zosia!

Budget installation at premium price.

Sorry to say that I'm genuinely surprised to see any 5-stars for this company. See my google reviews- I am not a 'complainer'!

IQ ‘Sieger’ sliding doors are actually Cortizo Cor. IQ Glass removed the stickers that would identify the system as a more budget product.

IQ Glass fitted the panels with plastic rollers, not stainless steel. We discovered that the panels are far too heavy for plastic rollers, they never opened without a lot of force.

Within 3 years all rollers had worn down and/or jammed. The warranty covers two years on moving parts. IQ Glass quoted £350 + VAT just to turn up to investigate, parts and labour costs on top. Even with this call-out IQ Glass would have left us with no access through the back of the house for 8 days- it’s a fire exit. We found another company who could come out and replace IQ Glass components same week. They identified further installation faults such as missing packers that would prevent the runners sagging and this company have now aligned the panels so for the first time since installation. The panels no longer scrape each other or the runners. We paid a lot for what we thought would be a quality installation, but we now see that the installation was carelessly and hastily completed. We regret to say that we feel that we have been cheated by IQ Glass.

Darek who fixed the door was fantastic, it was a complicated job and he wouldn't leave until the problem was resolved. Really good work ethic, polite and knew what he was doine.

So I’ve had a 2 year history with iQ glass. (This is a Sept 2023 review)

We are self-builders. Not developers. (I’m in Motorsport, Alex (my wife) is a full time mum to our two young ones)
Me and Alex & the kids - Dream home. Big investment. (You get the picture). We work hard and this is a big project for us.
My architects suggested iQ, but also warned of customer satisfaction issues they had heard of.
We were constantly reassured by Emma (our sales contact @ iQ) that this would be seamless and guaranteed nothing would go wrong

Building your own “forever home” is stressful for sure. However this stress has been multiplied by the farcical mess iQ glass have left us in.
On an order in-excess of £70,000 - handles were snapping off (replacement handles were so bad the fitter refused to fit them!) , the windows cills weren’t level (some had backdrops into the rooms!) . There are holes drilled in the frames as an afterthought, the windows wouldn’t shut. The doors won’t lock. The doors leak. The glass has distortions. Frames manufactured incorrectly. I could go on.

Their response? “Sorry, we’ll fix”. But they don’t.

Unfortunately for us this will now go legal. More delay and expense, yet we have no option

I can only clearly advise Do Not use this company. Run away.
(The £5m showroom in Amersham is designed to suck you in. The product is horrendous. )

I, unfortunately, got sucked in (against advice of developer friends) and am now paying the price. My kids rooms are constantly damp when it rains 🤷‍♂️
