The dungarees I received are nothing like advertised, it's a shiny polyester material. The site size guide size UK 12 = L it's more like a UK 16. It was shipped from China, I've tried going back to the Isadora web page but keep getting site cannot be found, DO NOT ORDER anything from these people

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SHOCKING SUB STANDARD GOODS YOU ARE UNABLE TO CONTACT THEM FOR ANYTHING NO RETURNS DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY-ONE STAR GIVEN BUT WOULD BE A MINUS IF I COULD!!! BEWARD FAKE COMPANY AND PHOTOS DEFINITELY NOT AS ADVERTISED......

I ordered a dress and it was a small size. I tried to return it but all of a sudden the website is gone, email address is no longer valid, no phone number and no address for the company. The material of the dress is very cheap I have been cheated do not buy from here.

Don't deal with this company. The clothes come from China and are nothing like the photos on the website. I asked for a 15% refund as offered and haven’t heard from them since.

I mean NO stars. I ordered 2 shirts made of linen believing it was from a London firm but no. They arrived 3 weeks later and the material was a cheap cheap fabric and 2 different sizes. I enquired about a refund and was offered a 20% refund and keep the shirts but they are no good for me. As other people have said it costs £20 to send it back. The email and the website are no longer working. What a scam Linda

My dungarees took an age to be delivered, the fabric is cheap and there are so many differences between the photos online and the delivered product. I certainly will never buy from them again and discourage anyone else from doing so. My sister in law asked if l was returning them and l said No, l would keep them for a laugh, you never know when a fancy dress party might crop up. Honestly a bad deal.

I've only put 1 as its the only way to write a review this dress i have received is the biggest piece of rubbish I have ever received thought I was dealing with a respectable UK company to discover it's a piece of crap from China a complete scam can't return as it will cost me the only thing this is going to be useful for is mopping up the floors

Shocking quality and promised full refund on website but no address or info as how to actually get that refund. Nothing like the photo and is a total scam.

The story and offer on this website is fake. The items are described as curated pieces from a London - based family business boutique closing down after 33 years.
They are in fact cheap clothes, manufactured in China, and the website is 2026. The whole story & deadline offer is fake

I ordered two items totalling circa £95. They took over 2 weeks to come. When I opened the package it said 'made in china'. The first item was very poor quailty and did not resemble the fit seen on the website.
The second was not the dress advertised and was a top and skirt. I ordered this for a wedding and there is no way either item is suitable. I looked at the returns process which is lengthy but it will not stop me from getting a refund. Shame on this company!

I wouldn't even give them ONE star if I could avoid it. I bought two items, neither of which I could track tho they assured me they WERE trackable. Three weeks later the items arrived. I could see through internal packaging that the items are flimsy and delicate, not rugged as described on website, and therefore unsuitable for my needs. So I asked ( three times) for a return address for full refund. MANY emails later I have been offered just 15% of bought price (working out at just £8) UNLESS I return each item to a separate address in China at my expense when they will " consider a full refund ) As it will cost over £40 to return the two items, fully tracked and insured as requested, and this is almost what I paid , it seems I have no choice but to accept the offer of £8 and destroy the two unsuitable garments myself. Its infuriating and unfair to be treated in this way; the website promises "full refunds" but clearly that is not REALLY the case if you have to pay out so much to return things. They asked for photos which I have sent, clearly showing the unpacked but UNopened packets, so they can commence the refund procedure ( all £8 of it) BUYER BEWARE of purchasing from Isadora-Vale, the goods are not worth buying and their returns policy questionable.
