Isobaa have completely taken over my wardrobe and I couldn't be happier about it. From merino base layers to outdoor gear to everyday casual wear, everything I've bought from them has been outstanding. The quality and durability are genuinely exceptional — these are clothes you buy once and keep for years, not fast fashion that falls apart after a few washes.

The comfort is on another level too. Once you've worn properly made merino, it's very hard to go back to anything else. Whether I'm out on a hike or just going about my day, Isobaa kit just works.

What really sets them apart though is that you can feel good about buying from them. Their ethical and sustainable values aren't just marketing fluff — it comes through in the product and the way they operate. That matters more and more to me as a consumer.

I also had a great experience with their customer service when I needed help — friendly, efficient, and genuinely useful.

If you're on the fence, just buy something. You'll end up replacing your whole wardrobe like I did. An absolutely brilliant British brand that deserves all the success in the world.

Good service, good range of clothing at a decent price

Excellent product, high quality material, even 100& merino wool not itchy, good value for money, rigid zip that it works as temperature control.

Poor quality product and not worth the price. Bought a number of items for a trekking trip to Patagonia, boxers, t-shirts and fleeces across a 200 to 260 range. All of them developed small holes after a single days use or after a couple of uses and this was before they were washed.

Will not be buying again, not even worth one star.

I bought 2 Womens Merino 260 Casual Hoodie. I life in the Netherlands and I hesitated whether I would buy here because I don't know the company and there are many dropshippers. But I was looking for some thinner merino cardigans for long walks and I only found them on this site, so I ordered them anyway. Totally happy now. Received 2 beautiful cardigans. Good quality. No plastic. I will definitely order again in the future.

I would like more items to be XXl or 3XL. Other than that my experience has been excellent.

I have tried the merinos of many brands and I have found none as nice as ISOBAA. The material is wonderful. The fit and design is really lovely and very comfortable.

Ordered three items, sweater and two touques. Took a month to arrive in Canada. Two separate packages. 50$ or 30% "custom's handling fee", had to make two trips to post office. Quality of product is okay. Shopping from north america is not worth the bother.

Order was processed and delivered promptly.
The Merino 180 crew long sleeve top is excellent quality and has kept me warm on very cold and wet walks!

I ordered some items before Christmas as presents.
The items arrived quite quickly and were well packaged.
All the items were great and so I recently ordered a jersey for myself and another zip top for my husband.
I checked sizing guides carefully so the garments fitted as expected.
The merino fabric is cosy and comfortable and the colours and designs very attractive.

Beautiful Products. I ordered the women's boxers, socks, and mid layer quarter zip. All beautifully made, warm, soft and non itchy. The merino wool keeps you fresh all day. The items wash up really well - no shrinkage. Fantastic wear for days on the slopes. It's expensive, but top quality. Top tip, Sports Pursuit sell some of Isobaa's products at half price! It's good to see a company using wool from the UK.

I'm very happy with my Isobaa merino sweaters, both long-sleeved and short-sleeved. I wear them in all seasons for hikes and bike rides and wouldn't wear anything else. The quality is excellent and I think the sweaters are beautifully finished. They're very easy to wash. The merino wool prevents odors.

Expensive purchase with limited warranty. Not durable. I would stick with Icebreaker brand wool products. I have had Icebreaker shirts for almost a decade, and they are still going strong! My Isobaa hoody is full of holes after only a little over two years of use, carefully cared for. Isobaa would not replace or refund.

Excellent quality, excellent value.

I received the women's merino long sleeve zip neckline for Christmas. Which was not 100% merino but 50% merino and 50% recycled polyester. I have to say this is the worst base layer I have ever owned. It looks the part but after a couple of wears and washed exactly as instructed the garment is completely bobbled and already showing signs of wear a small tear at the front. This was not a cheap item of clothing and I would not recommend it.
