Lorna Stringwell and her assistant Harriet Lynam at the Otley branch were recommended by our estate agent and dealt with our recent house purchase. Both were professional, knowledgeable and guided us through each stage of the process.Having last moved house 20 years ago we couldn’t have done it without them. I would definitely recommend them.

Our experience was positive! We particularly appreciated Jordan’s communication towards the end of the process. He kept us up to date, actioned things quickly, responded to us straight away and would call us to explain the steps (which we really appreciated as first time buyers)

We recently used Ghazanfar Iqbal and honestly I was blown away! Worth every penny without going into too much detail he was able to get our case sorted within hours nothing was too much hassle he was even on the phone to me at 10pm to sort everything because I had left it last minute and this still wasn’t any trouble for him most people would of turned me away leaving it so last minute. I couldn’t recommend him enough a genuine kind and patient gentleman a credit to the company! Thank you so much

I came across one of there solicitors in the family courts...👳🏾‍♂️ what a horrible person.... absolutely no tact and so unprofessional....

They need to train their staff accordingly.... totally inept person...

Avoid this firm. We raised a serious boundary issue before completing on our house and were told in writing it would be sorted, that's the only reason we went ahead. It wasn't sorted. I emailed at the start of June asking them to chase it, over a month later and total silence, not even an acknowledgement. Ison Harrison were recommended to us by the house builder, which raises an obvious question about conflict of interest now they've been asked to chase that same builder. Now looking at over half a million pounds worth of property tied up in a dispute they've completely ignored. Shocking way to treat a client. Would not recommend.

Shaun hulme from the Harrogate branch has been brilliant with us. We won our case in the family law and could not have done it without him. Jordan was also really good under shauns watchful eye. We have also just used them on a no win no fee basis for my son and his claim from injury and cara has really helped and are continuing to use them for another part. I would recommend ison harrison over any law firm. They are brilliant and are never too busy to help

Andrew Rodbourne in the Conveyancing department in the Barnsley office helped me through buying the marital home from my ex. As well as being professional throughout the process, he was very friendly, helpful and understanding. Everything was completed in the timeframe he said it would be sorted and he was always available to answer any questions. Thank you for everything you have done for me as you helped me through a very difficult periodin my life.

This company is appalling I was involved this company as they managed the clients at the bottom of the chain. They failed to get a redemption figure sorted by the Friday before the move. The on the day before moving, they stalled and stalled with getting exchange of contract completed. Despite being aware everyone had removal vans booked for moving on the 23rd of June. 5 people were in this chain all of these people have lost money on removal that equates to £7k. The date of the 23rd of June was agreed with there client. This is not moveable when all parties have agreed.
This solicitors are slow with communication with solicitors. Avoid these people like the plague. Avoid avoid avoid. Poor consideration for everyone else in the chain. An expectation that other parties are going to agree to move a date to next week. When all parties have agreed the 23rd. Unless this company and there client agree to pay everyone else’s moving fees.
What can I say other than avoid

Jordan was Brilliant, kept us in the loop and was extremely efficient. I got the impression we were ready weeks before the other parties in the chain and Ison Harrison did their best to make sure that everyone knew it. We were ready to go as soon as they got their acts together and the whole transaction was extremely painless

The conveyancing team, Leashia and Sarah, we're first class. A difficult chain made easier by their speed in answering all queries and dealing with payments. Leashia even called us on completion day whilst she was on holiday to check everything was OK, as Sarah extremely competently handled all matters in her absence.
