IT Career Swap Reviews

Thank you to Georgia! I have received support throughout and now have my dream job! Would totally recommend to anyone!

‘ I recently completed the IT Technician course and I really enjoyed it! I had great communication from Molly on the support team and was placed into an IT role quickly! Thank you team!

Really enjoyed the cyber security course and have even found a new role in IT after completing it! Amazing service from Georgia on the support team - thank you!

My experience with IT Career Swap was superbly great. I have a very good mentor Ashley who was always ready to guide you towards success. The team was great. Always reply when ever you leave them email. Through their guidance I am now a compTIA certified cybersecurity Analyst

Scam,i paid for a course but applied for refund in the acceptable time which after which i had to call them to follow up the refund and was told it was being processed. It's been over a month and when calling them again weeks apart, have been told two separate times that they have technical issues with their refunds but (apparently not with accepting payments) and they would be getting someone to fix it.. Well its a few more weeks now and still no refund or any email about this... Really unprofessional and terrible service. I was considering to use them at a later date but i will be only be demanding my money back and going with a different provider if i considered this path in the future.

Update, still no refund. No email about this from them. They still send me spam adverts but nothing about a refund the excuses they gave about their system being down at the time so as its been months now lets see if the IT training company has fixed their IT problems or if they contiune to give me the same excuses. Legal action will be taken next.

Currently partway through The IT technician course and going well, looking forward to securing a job role. All positive feedback so far the course material is fantastic - easy to follow and engaging. The training portal is easy to navigate the staff have been super professional and helpful, Tristan and Kenedy have been helping me through my first month or so, so thank you guys!

Great experience from start to completion. I came from a sales background and they made the entire process really easy for me.

I am now two plus years into the industry and haven't looked back.

2021 Graduate

There are good materials and helpful Consultants.

If you want a guaranteed job after learning some tech stuff, I can't recommend anywhere else. IT Career Swap gave me all the tools while keeping me reassured. I got my first interview and subsequently my next job after training. Support is also brilliant even after the training.

The theory from the videos are quite deep and very informative and has been helpful in my learning journey but more appreciated is the practical sessions with my tutor Kennedy, he answers every question patiently and gently even going over points I didn't understand on time from the videos. Kennedy books sessions and outlines the theories bringing them to real life using the packet tracers and vm simulation. I truly am touched by his level of understanding and patience in impacting knowledge from basics to the higher levels. I have recommended my friends because I am having good value for money in my learning journey to become an IT professional via IT careers. Not a single regret on the way

I Successfully passed my Comptia Network+ just today, 28/06/23. To be honest it would have been very difficult without Kenndy's support. He helped me with resources and guided me throughout the start of this course. My heart is rejoicing for passing this exams and yes i have achieve what i want through IT Career Swap. Thanks for all 👏

Thank you Kennedy Maraka
Your assistance really helped me to understand the details in Routing and the work session was a plus for my understanding.
Ken always calls me to find out if there is any area I need clarification with and he is always available to assist. Thanks to the entire IT Career Swap team.

Loved every minute, so long as you put the hard work in it will pay off. Tutor, Ashley was and still is there every step. Would recommend it in a heart beat

A big thank you to Ashley for all of her support during the length of the course.

As a student preparing for my industrial placement, the course came at an opportune time to bolster my resume. Tristan, the person who had responded to my request for information was massively helpful and generally a pleasure to talk to, going so far as to offer me advice and researching a promo/discount codfe I could use to enroll in the course for a significantly reduced cost. The platform helps me more easily add to my CV by making the certificates for each module available as soon as I complete the course.

I only gave a 1 star because there is no zero star. What is promised is not what is delivered. There are too many courses delivered in video form, before you get to the actual course I want. The video teachers are just reading in the videos and not teaching. Information overload.

High quality professionalism
.He has been so help me

Found IT career swap and really scared of the IT thing as I do not have any experience and Triston my new mentor is always on whatsapp when ever i need him so that definitely helps, just hoping that I'll pass the course even with working in a full time job

I sent a mail to your Organisation and Abdul Malik sent me a mail and later gave me an excellent call where he explained the course(Cyber Security) on the process and what I will need, my time, and also the dedication.

He shows he understands the company's vision and he is very professional and well-coordinated in engaging me. Very surprising he also put a follow-up call after I registered for the course to ensure I don't encounter any problems while learning on the platform, I find that appreciating and good customer service.

I would suggest you appreciate him for a good job

Thanks

I recently completed the CompTIA Security+ modules, and I must say it exceeded my expectation in terms of support , content quality and practical lab experiences.

The inclusion of practical labs was a game-changer in solidifying my understanding of the course material.

I can't wait to finish the remaining courses
