Thanks, all was fine really and great to get the disc itself delivered immediately online. I had a problem paying online and had to contact you via chat. My car was imported but is registered in Ireland so the first question didn't let me explain that so I couldn't proceed to full payment. The very helpful person on chat sorted it so I could then pay online.

Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. I’ve contacted you around 10 times today with all the requested details, but nobody is dealing with my issue. Your agent confirmed the policy was being cancelled, yet you took another €99 today. You already owe me €254. Please refund my money immediately, or I will refer the matter to my solicitor.

Worst experience ever with them
Worst experience ever with them, through their chat they gave me a quote emailed it to me, tried to purchase via the link but price was higher. Had to go on to their chat several times as it kept timing out, an agent rang me to take a payment and his attitude was so condescending. He said the price had gone up as I change the address(address was being changed to 100 meters down the road) seriously sort out your chat service and put your phone staff on customer experience training. Been with them 2 years previously and can easily say I won’t be dealing with them again after wasting hours of my time.

Your Accept cookies is not work - the prompt keeps coming up in the screen as you are trying to renew through the insurance portal . Really difficult to complex the process

I had to pay for a live NCD document
Overall, I’d give Its4women 3 stars. Setting up the policy was straightforward, renewal was easy, and all documents were readily available online.
However, I was disappointed to see the premium increase at renewal despite the value of the car having reduced significantly. It felt like an increase without any obvious justification.
The main issue for me was when I needed proof of a valid, live no claims bonus for another vehicle insurance policy. I was charged around €25–€35 simply to have this document provided. In my view, this is a basic insurance document that should be available to customers free of charge.
Overall, the service is straightforward and easy to use, but the additional charge for such a standard document was very disappointing.

We are aware there has been an increase in the rates of Insurance within Ireland, unfortunately this is due to the claims to loss ratio and this in turn increases premiums for all our customers. We do regularly compare the insurance market and find we are in line with all other insurers and do aim to provide our customers with the most competitive quotation we can. Regarding the charge for any non standard documentation, as your no claims bonus is being used against your current policy we are unable to issue a no claims bonus, this is why a second car bonus match was requested. A no claims bonus is available on your online account within the renewal period.

Very disappointing experience with Its4Women
Very disappointing experience with It's for Women Insurance
I was refused acceptance of my No Claims Bonus because part of my previous insurance history was commercial insurance. Despite having a genuine claims-free history, this meant I couldn't get the NCB recognised.
I then decided to use my statutory cooling-off period to cancel the policy, only to be charged €40 for cancelling. I found this particularly frustrating given that I was exercising my legal cooling-off right.
To make matters worse, there is no phone number available to speak to anyone directly, so you're left trying to resolve issues through online channels.
Overall, a very frustrating experience. The combination of refusing my NCB, charging €40 when I tried to cancel during the cooling-off period, and having no telephone contact option has left me very dissatisfied. I certainly wouldn't recommend them based on my experience.
