IWC Probate and Will Services Reviews 

My experience was just great. Debbie Wiseman was super helpful and got back to me super fast with answers. I had a problem were to get a medallion stamp as a foreign investor and IWC Probate and Will Services got me covered. All I had to do was deliver them all the documents they said they needed. 5/5 Would recommend!

The service provided by Debbie Wiseman from IWC was excellent. It was a complicated and long drawn out process to transfer Canadian shares into my married name as I am resident in the UK. No other company that I had approached in the UK would help me. She has consistently been there to assist me every step of the way and has helped to resolve any issues that have occurred along the way.

Twice I have used the services of IWC (Overseas Medallion Signature) and I can say that I have always been very happy with the process and the outcome. I definitely recommend them.

Debbie Wiseman was my main contact at IWC over the course of more than 12 months. I had US stocks which needed to be transferred from Computershare that requires DWAC Transfer with medallion stamp which is unknown or likened to UFO in Singapore. It was with trepidation when I had to arrange it with IWC as it comes with list of compliances which added to uncertainty of ever getting my shares. Debbie and I had many email exchanges and throughout she was patience; thorough and helpful finally rendering success of my transfer which I would have given up had it not been her efficiency. Explained everything about wills and power of attorney told you what the cost would be and gave you all options for you to make your mind up

My mother of 90 lost her partner, i acted on her behalf, with IWC, with the probate process.
They were emapthetic, and answered all our queries rapidly by mail. Explaining clearly as we went along.
There was another executor in the will which made the probate prosess matters a little more complicated. However, IWC were very professional and solved these difficulties in a rational manner.
A great deal of patience was required, as things took there time.

Such an easy and simple way to make your Will. After the initial enquiry, you are contacted straight away to confirm what you want. Everything is done on-line, when the draft is ready the next step is receiving a copy of the Original. Acknowledgement is also sent to the Executors. Because the process is so easy all members of my family have made their Wills. Thank you for making it so straightforward.

IWC provided a professional service throughout the intricate process of applying for probate, dealing with a tricky property sale and many other matters relating to the Estate, including communications with HMRC. Our contact, Sharon Edwards, was supportive, efficient and approachable throughout. As inexperienced executors, based in different geographical locations, I am not sure we could have completed the process without IWC's excellent support.

I have used IWC Probate and Will Services and have found them to give an excellent service and have helped me through a very stressful time with a share transfer that wasn't going too well. They provided me with a Medallion Guarantee Stamp service that is used for share transfers, checked all the necessary paperwork and couriered everything to the relevant address. I would definitely recommend IWC for assistance with shares transfers forms where a Medallion Guarantee Stamp is required. Even when the person whom I first dealt with had left the company, the person who took over their roll, carried on with a seamless and excellent service for me. A+++++

Fantastic service. They knew exactly what I needed and overcame the problems of living in Vietnam. Full delivery service and very expediently done. I had documents translated into Spanish and notarized. Couldn't recommend them enough, and Megan was amazing at keeping me updated.

So this is how you get Tony Crocker to respond and get an answer I am still awaiting my answer to all my inheritance that has gone missing through your ( solicitor) acting through IWC and I haven’t been able to get you to respond to me through my emails to you so perhaps this may work Simon Tudors estate through James O’Malley This is still Outstanding on your watch and now because it’s under fraud police investigation I will say no more

We have used IWC for both our wills and LPA’s. We have had an excellent service. They listen to our requirements and offered sound advice. Hannah recently dealt with our LPA’s and was very efficient and professional. All communication, whether telephone or email was carried out quickly and in a friendly manner. We have been extremely satisfied with the service provided.

The service provided was fine, however when the important documents were returned to us they were put in an envelope that didn’t allow the full address to be viewed. Our post lady had to rip the address window to view the first line of the address. I contacted IWC to advise them of this issue and have been ignored (contacted 06/07 and still no response 03/08 when replies were received very quickly previously)

The medallion stamp was fine and came through quickly but as the documents were returned carelessly I wouldn’t use them again. Copies of bank statements, passports and various other copies of documents holding sensitive information could have ended up anywhere.

I understand the service was provided within timescale for the price quoted, this was not in question. I believe I portrayed correctly within my review the service was fine for the stamp and quick. The issue was due to the return of the documents, I refute your comments regarding the postal service chosen for return, as this has no bearing on the complaint regarding envelope/return.
The point I am making has been missed, again I will explain. As you know, the documents returned to me included sensitive personal information. Therefore, returning in the way you have (envelope with no first line of address viewable) is careless.

You may view this as a harsh review, however, I stand by what has been said. You have every right to defend your business, as you have, but I think the nature of your comment regarding premium return option shows you haven’t understood why I have left a review and attempting to attack my choices does nothing to excuse the facts.

I gave the business the benefit of the doubt to apologise for the mailing issue, via email alerting you to the problem. Your staff didn’t acknowledge this, therefore, benefit of the doubt rescinded - fair review based on the facts presented.
