JAC Vapour Reviews

Great service, delivered on time. I buy the vapourless vape for a family member, who is in supported living. This allows him to be able to enjoying his vaping indoors. So this product is perfect for him.

Bought an expensive vape kit which didn't work when put together. Nearly used a hole bottle of liquid when trying to get it to work. It turned out that it came with a faulty coil. I thankfully had a spare one from an older model but I am now out of pocket for the liquid and a coil but the useless customer service didn't even answered my email. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Good service

Your products are good and almost always reliable.
Service is always reliable.

Order arrived accurately and on time. No complaints.

Delivered promptly with contents as in the order.

The quality is spot on. Communication and any help is the best I have ever had. Have used for years and will continue too. A special thanks to Duncan.

Tried to buy something online vape liquid from this company. For some reason they’ve made the unusual choice of not accepting apole pay and the current system they have in place is useless. Tried multiple times to purchase said liquid and kept failing. Well done, I’ll now take my business elsewhere, most likely somewhere I can purchase at the touch of a button instead of your antiquated system that doesn’t work.

Fantastic experience and excellent customer service! There was a small mistake in my previous order, but Duncan sorted it out straight away and the replacements were sent with an upgraded delivery at no extra cost. Everything arrived safely and was spot on. Really impressed - genuinely great customer service.

I’ve been buying their products over many years, and have always been very happy with their services. The products arrive in good time, and if I have any issues, they’re always very quick to help.

Thank you JV

My go to supplier. Excellent service.

Excellent service great product

Having looked around and read a lot of reviews I eventually opted for a JAC DNA along with one of their tanks and I'm pleased I did; they have a great build quality and straightforward, clean design as well as good flavour etc and it's now my go-to vape.
I ordered a couple of accessories, one of which was broken in transport; I emailed JAC, had a polite and supportive response overnight, a replacement within 24 hours and a follow up email to confirm I'd received it and all was well. In spite of the reviews I'd read this was support way above my expectations - highly recommended and thank you JAC!

As a long standing vaper I can testify to the quality of these Devices. The ARX 2 is a really great bit of kit. Small and light makes it so much easy to just pop in your pocket. Great back up from their support team.

Amazing customer service via Duncan.
Best vape company in the UK.
Would recommend to anyone.
Thank you

Great products, good value for money and high quality. On the rare occasion when things weren’t 100%, the customer service has been outstanding. Fast, super friendly and helpful replies that show the company really cares about their customers.

Will continue to use

JacVapour is simply the best!
OK, so I can't claim to have tried all the online vaping shops out there but then I don't need to because I'm so happy with the quality of their products, the speed of delivery, the excellent customer service. You actually get to talk to real people with real personalities and nothing seems to be too much trouble.

Most recently, I am so impressed with how they have contacted their customers about this rubbish new vape duty. Until their email arrived I was completely ignorant of the new duty and doubtless would have remained so until it came into effect.

5 stars from me
