Had yet another great experience dealing with this Jewelers...Had been looking for a nice piece of Jade to wear on a necklace and after the great service provided by this Jewelers when I wanted a new piece of Jewellery made, rings sized and a Watch for my partner this was the shop I was going back to...
Liam as usual was a star and sourced me exactly what I was looking for, absolutely chuffed to bits with my Jade necklace...
Definitely check this Jewelers out, highly recommend....Thanks so much Liam.

Excellent service and communication wonderful definitely recommend

My mother unfortunately had to have her wedding rings removed by the hospital, after wearing them for 62 years. We took them to Liam at James Moore & he has managed to repair them, resized them, and now they look better that new. Thank you so much for your excellent service and making my mum so happy 😀

The men's bracelet was on salè at a good price. Easy order placement, good communication on progress and rapid delivery.

Great personal service.
The shop was busy, but my wife and I were looked after in a manner that made us feel special
It was a very pleasant experience
Very happy with our purchase
Feel that we have received a good deal.
Old fashioned service, with a unique, modern twist.

This was my second experience using James Moores in Kenilworth. The first time I used this Jewellers was for a repair to my wedding ring, after the hospital had to cut it off my finger. It looked like new after they had repaired it and made it a size larger. You wouldn't have noticed it had been done.
This visit was to take my favourite Accurist watch in for a repair for a broken strap and lost spring pin.
The staff were very helpful and friendly as always. Fixed in less time than it took us to go for a coffee. Thought I may have to come back the following day considering my experiences with other jewellers. Very pleased and they repaired at a very reasonable price. I will not go anywhere else for repairs in the future.
Many thanks James Moore
