From start to finish the whole experience was one of ease. Purchased a Seiko porcelain dial, the website was easy to follow, each timepiece has an in-depth description which I found extremely useful. Delivery was by Royal Mail next day delivery, so had my new watch by lunchtime. To top it all off there was a fantastic discount.
