My wife and I moved to Canada. We have a Janus Henderson account in the United Kingdom with five thousand two hundred pounds stuck in it. For four years now we have been trying to close this Janus Henderson account. They keep asking for the documents over and over. We have sent notarized forms, identification proofs, bank statements and many other things. I even flew from Toronto to our Janus Henderson branch in the United Kingdom to get an official stamped statement and mailed it to Janus Henderson. Still nothing has happened. We make calls to the Janus Henderson customer service team but it gets us nowhere. My wife thinks that Janus Henderson is stealing our money. Honestly I think the thing about Janus Henderson.
If Janus Henderson has trapped your funds like they did ours: we found a company called Poma Advisory. They help people recover money from firms, like Janus Henderson that are not doing their job and are not responding to people.
The main thing I want to say is: you should avoid Janus Henderson at all costs. Janus Henderson will waste years of your life.

The website was easy to use but lacked essential information. I used the online chat to ask for the further information. SPoke with Haile who was helpful. However was told they would come back to me with the information in 3-5 days (which I thought was a long time anyway!) but they have not done so

The login screen is less efficient than other online platforms, and then the actual website is again less intuitive and efficient. They can maintain security whilst making things slicker.
Example - every single time you login, it asks you to confirm marketing preferences. (I bet it doesn't do that if you opt-in to marketing emails!) Ask me once!
