Never had delivery related issues or purchase challenges. Prices are generally reasonable, not the lowest but perhaps some kind of loyalty discount can help with higher volume of continuous purchase.

Ordered the knife on Wednesday December 8th, at 06.37 CET. On Saturday 11th, at 14.08 I could confirm its reception in good order. The shipping by FedEx from Japan to the Netherlands was extremely fast, and the customs clearance took only a few minutes.
From earlier experiences, I know JCK to be very serious, helpful and reliable.

i.ve been so happy with my initial purchase, i.ve returned many times for gifts i know friends will use for years.

I've been shopping at japanese chefs knife for a while now. What distinguishes this store from other places is that they carry knives that have function in mind. Sure, they sell showpieces too, but they are easily distinguishable from the knives that the average worker needs. Other stores sell knives that are very collectible and expensive, but performance-wise, they are not up to the price. The knives sold at JCK are solid. Some of the best prices around and delivers during work time.

Delivery was fast and easy. The knives were all great! The customer support wasn't needed since it all went without a hitch. But I'm sure if I needed any help at all they would have been great.

I have nothing to complain about. Everything was perfect.

The organization is very professional and their customer service is first rate. The product they carry are of excellent quality. I have been purchasing kitchen cutlery from them since 2005 and probably have purchased 30 knives from them up to now. Products from the most economical to the most expensive (~$100 to $2000) are all of great quality in their respective price point.

Sent me a crap knife, blade was dull had not been grinded properly.

I love this knife how it looks, how it feels on the grip is a masterpiece. Unfortunately I had the luck that it was extremely DULL. Just because of its looks I give it 2 Stars. I had to sharpen it for it to be ok, but of course I'm not a master in doing this. Still I would buy once again from this side under the premise that they CHECK if any shipment is good enough for an end user.

The blade get dull on spine after two weeks of regular use. I totally love it but…
