I am extremely disappointed with the service of this company.

I originally ordered a physical debit card, but instead of receiving the physical card, I was provided with a digital card. When I tried to set the PIN so that I could actually use the card, I repeatedly received the same message: “We are facing some temporary issues.”

What is even more frustrating is that this issue has now been ongoing for approximately 1.5 months, and despite being a major company, the problem still has not been resolved.

It is disappointing to see that the company is quick to deduct fees and charges, but when it comes to resolving basic service issues and providing a functional product, there seems to be very little urgency.

I expected much better service, reliability, and customer support from a company of this size. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and improve their services instead of leaving customers dealing with the same unresolved issues for weeks.

I have got a new prepaid sim for the first time, and i couldn't even create my jazz cash account on it. The reason is that someone has created an account on my ID, which is impossible cause i never handed over my ID to anyone in family yet so ordinary peaple are out of the question at this point. Anyway, i emailed them and it's been almost 8 months since i'm getting only one response that the issue has been escalated to the relevant department. They have really absurd customer service. Whenever i ask a question or update even if i ask a completely different question from them. They would still send me just one reply that the case has been escalated. Which means they never pay attention to what customer has to say. TOO MANY RED FLAGS for JAZZ CASH. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE SEEN EVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.

JazzCash has been deducting Rs. 250-360 from my account for a "Tamasha" app subscription I never knowingly signed up for. When I raised this with their support agent, I was told the charges started because I "downloaded the Tamasha app a few years ago" — that is not valid consent for an ongoing paid subscription, and there was no OTP or opt-in confirmation on record. I've now been charged multiple times, including transaction ID 723360221150. I've filed complaints with JazzCash directly and escalated to PTA and SBP since there's been no refund or real accountability. If you use JazzCash, check your mini-statement regularly — this kind of silent billing is easy to miss.

Very best app because best safety

I paid off my loan on 23/6/2026 but after 8 working days it is still not updated while I complaint four times on help line make three emails on complaint jazz cash and also make 10 complaint in written through jazz cash app but in vain while on 26/6/2026 they message that the need full will be done in 5 working days but they are completed failed to update the loan status till 07/07/2026.

Extremely disappointed with JazzCash and EFU Health Insurance. After waiting for over a month for my claim, it was rejected for a technicality that should have been communicated in days, not weeks. Their WhatsApp and email support are non-responsive, and they ignore customers once a claim is filed. Beware of these hidden terms before buying their insurance. Do not trust their Family Health plan for maternity related emergencies or other medical conditions, they use technicalities to avoid paying for procedures.
I am deeply dissatisfied with this health insurance provider. I have made numerous attempts to reach someone regarding my claim, yet no one has reached out with a solution, leaving my issues completely unresolved.
It is unprofessional and ethically wrong to sell services that you cannot comply with or honor when a crisis arises. They behave nicely until you buy the policy, but the customer service afterwards is non-existent. If you are looking for reliable coverage, look elsewhere.

JazzCash is the Most Corrupted Mobile Wallet in Pakistan as they have just stolen my thousands of rupees out of my wallet account openly and blatantly. Reason for this review is to show whole world the ugly face of Jazzcash. On top, when I tried to get transaction record, they refused by pushing me to call their so called customer service which cost almost Rs.5-7 a minute. Specially very tricfully, 1st4–5 minutes , they waste on answering by recorded massage and make you press various numbers, then after few minutes, jazz cash incompetent, uncivilized and uncooperative would answer with no help. Now , as Pakistanis and their own customers, why do we have to pay for getting help on our account? All over the world, customer service is fully free to call notably, it cost nothing for mobile network companies to receve calls. Therefore, please, share this hight alert message as much as you can! Sharing your experience on social media and consumer forums can help raise awareness and force these dishonest mobile companies in Pakistan to treat us as citizens of Pakistan honestly and properly!
