JB Doors Reviews

The two Rockdoor doors are performing well so far. We were really pleased with the service given from start to finish.

Asked JB Doors for a quote to replace my old rotten wooden garage doors. They came round promptly took all the measurements and told me the cost. They then e/mailed me the confirmation within an hour.
I agreed the price and paid a deposit. JB Doors told me the doors should be ready in 5 weeks.
They actually rung me after 4 weeks saying the doors were ready and we arranged a date for fitting the following week. They then rung me a couple of days later and said they could actually fit them the next day so I said yes.
The two fitters arrived on time removed my old doors and fitted the new ones in less than 3 hours. They took away the old doors and cleared up all the mess.
Very impressed with them from start to finish and the new doors look really good.
I would highly recommend JB Doors

After taking advice from several neighbours, we decided to visit JB doors. The showroom is great with all doors to view and Sophie helped us and explained everything perfectly. Phil then came out and measured up and ran through our options. Two great people and a pleasure to deal with. Installed in one day and even went out of their way to get exactly what we wanted. Better than expected. It’s simple. You want good garage doors? Use these guys.

Efficient service from start to finish
Great value and quality
Delighted

JB Doors fitted my electric garage door on Fri 28th Oct. The team that fitted the door were efficient, professional, clean and tidy and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to have a new garage door fitted

What a great company. Thorough and so conscientious. Despite a minor problem with the setting up of the fobs they resolved everything so quickly. The door looks and works great. And thanks to there measurements my builder made the opening exactly right 😁

Very prompt and efficient and came when they said they would for measuring up. Then came the hold-up where one of their suppliers didn't deliver all the parts needed for my door. Not that any of this was JB's fault BUT I would have given them 5 stars if they'd kept me informed more during the several week's wait.
Again, very prompt and efficient delivery and fitting once all the parts had arrived.
The door (a 14' roller) works perfectly and is of top quality. Apart from the above communication issue I cannot fault them and would certainly recommend them and their product.

The service was very good from start to finish. Very good quality electic roller garage door and rear door fitted to a high Standard.

Thank you Phil & Jb doors for the excellent service from beginning to end.

Excellent service from the measuring up to the actual fitting. I’m delighted with my garage doors, expertly fitted and finished to perfection.

Great price. Everything about the job was first class with great service and feedback throughout. I would highly recommend.

Very professional, looked at and explained all the options(was replacing a very old door) and quoted a very competitive price. Fitters arrived on time, did a great job and left everything clean and tidy. Working fine with no problems. Would readily recommend.

Brilliant service - so pleased with our new garage door.
Most reasonable price I found (and I had a LOT!) and by far the most organised and professional service I felt with. Was given an installation date when I had the quote and they stuck to it. Amazing.

This company is a very professional outfit, reasonable prices and skilled in what they do,will use again

Excellent service from start to finish. Very happy with the garage door and the fitters were pleasant and professional. I’d definitely recommend this Company without hesitation.

Brilliant service form JB Doors and there team. Replaced two Garage doors and the service and fitting was superb. Very happy with the doors and would definitely recommend

No nonsense garage door company. I needed to replace my 25 year old garage doors but didn’t know what with, roller, tilt, panel.... Good advice from Andy and a few weeks later The Andy brothers (only their mum can tell them apart!) came and completely replaced my creaking old doors with solid, secure and insulated ones in only a few hours. No mess. Results are noticed by visitors and neighbours alike. Even my wife approves as doors not only operate quietly and quickly but, more important, look great.

I called this company to replace my garage door and put in an electric door. Everything they did was perfect from the man who came to look and tell me all I needed to know about the purchase and the fitting. We agreed the door I wanted and arranged a date. They came on the day arranged, fitted the door, explained all I needed to know about the workings and drove off with the old door. I had quotes from other company’s which did not dispose of the old door!
It’s amazing and I would highly recommend them as they were great.

JB Doors fitted a new front entrance and garage door today and the service was exceptional.
From the initial visit to survey and quote, through to delivery and fitting, I have been very impressed with JB Doors. The technicians who carried out the work were professional and efficient.
I would have no hesitation in recommended them.

Installed in Aug 2020. Following installation, I inspected one of the doors and found around a 2cm gap wither side. Door not sealed and not SBD. So door was manufactured incorrectly. Experienced installers happily installed this misfitting door, took payment and were off. It's not been 5 weeks and numerous calls and emails to Darren and the office but no luck on getting this fixed.

Came out at very short notice after our garage door broke to measure up and provide a quote. Got an install date for within a fortnight.

After appointment confirmation calls from the company the day before and before arrivals, a really good quality door arrived and was installed professionally to a really good standard. The garage is now looking great (and we can get in and out!).

The staff have all been very friendly and helpful throughout the process, and the installers cleaned up properly and took the old door, frame and detritus away with them.

Can't recommend these guys enough!
