I was very pleased with the service Zenco provided to produce an LPA for me. I found the online procedure clear and easy to follow, and the service prompt and helpful. And Zenco saved me some £300 compared with the price my local solicitor was asking! I couldn't have asked for more.

I have spent the last 10 months trying to sort out power of attorney for my parents and my son who has special needs. Zenco have been fantastic. There were complications with the one for my father but zenco helped me out again eventhough it had been over 6 months since I had paid for their services. I can't rate them high enough for how they made everything so stress free for me. Have already recommended them to other people who wanted a similar service. Everyone I spoke to was so helpful, polite and understanding. A really fantastic service.

The person dealing with my enquiry was both helpful and efficient. He carefully explained the procedure and offered advice when asked. I completed and paid for the process in double quick time and ticked another task off my list that I had postponed for way too long. I look forward to receiving the completed documents.

Service was realy good, staff took time to listen an understand what you want. Price reasonable, a little bit to long on receipt of applicaton paper work to sign,but we guess it's because it's a legal document.
We also Wasn't told they'll be another charge of £92.00 on receiving the documents back from the government when it's all sorted out properly and legal.
Apart from that very good.

Brilliant service so easy to talk too, they are so professional and friendly I would definitely recommended them from start to finish very helpful, and it doesn't end when you recieve your documents, I had an issue(of my own making) a few months later and they were there to help at no extra cost, we have now used their service a few times as have other family and friends.
