The phone call and process was fairly easy. The only downside for me was receiving the documents in a thin substandard envelope. I thought for the price paid for the paperwork, a larger more sturdy envelope would have been used. I have had to get one to keep the documents together before submitting them

We needed to apply for a POA for a family member but had difficulty getting him to a solicitor due to his mobility issue and accessibility to the solicitor's facilities and no home visits were possible. We came across Zenco Legal Ltd after a search on the internet.
The very impressive Trustpilot reviews nudged us to look deeper into Zenco's services. We are glad we went through with them.
All the necessary information was carried out online, the process was very easy. Days later we received the paperwork for signatures and sent it back with the provided self addressed envelope.
A few weeks later (it takes many weeks for the all process to go through the Office Of The Public Guardian, this is normal), we have today received the full POA, ready to be activated when required.

Thank you Zenco for a trouble and hassle free process, the yellow post-it notes clearly labelled made the last few steps fail proof.

The one thing we didn't like was that the self addressed envelope was not for sign for, we had to pay extra for this but it's a small price to pay considering the rest.

The online application process was initiative and straightforward, although I did make a mistake.
