I recently bought a car from Jennings ford South shields
And I can't praise the car salesman enough every thing was done
In a professional manner ,but made me feel as if i had known him
for years ,so easy going would not hesitate to go back again

i had no pressure put on me when deciding to purchase new car. once i had the car i had a problem and it was no bother for them to come and collect the car ,check it out and deliver it back to me. i couldnt be happier with the service i received and the great after care. special thanks to peter nesbitt fron south shields branch.

Within the last month, I purchased a car from Jennings Ford Direct at South Shields. I cannot praise enough the professionalism that the whole transaction was carried out. having not owned a ford for many years I went to Jennings with more of a curiosity , found the sales team very friendly and informative , as I explained to a sales rep how I liked all the features of a fiesta ST but felt I was getting on a bit to enjoy the image this car gives, I was given the chance to test drive a 2014 ford focus titanium x and I must say this car put an instant smile on my face from opening the door and climbing inside .it has all the whistle's and bells any driver going through a mid life crisis would love !!!! I chose the 1.6 litre ecoboost petrol version which has the same engine as the ST so plenty of poke when needed !! the car had just over 6000 miles on the clock so barely run in , I spent a little more than I intended on a car but this car was worth every penny !! im sure the forecourt at Jennings have a car that would cater for everyone's needs , great friendly staff , free coffee and even dog friendly lol !!! well done Jennings and ford for making my driving experience a pleasurable one again

What a pleasant change from the "normal sales person". Went to look at changing my car at Jennings in South Shields and was surprised by the ease of the deal, the salesman was very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership as I have been to quite a few to change cars over the years and rate this experience as one of the best.

This is the third Focus I've bought from Jennings Ford Direct since 2008 so as a regular customer for sales & service I've built up a rapport with the sales staff (Mark Taylor) which seems to get me a palatable deal when part exchanging.

The Ford Direct programme suits me - recent model Ford cars with low mileage, 2 year warranty, breakdown cover, RAC checked and much cheaper than buying new. The car is like new in any case. The location of the Garage to my home makes it easy to get to when needing servicing too.

I havent fully explored Used programmes from other manufacturers but I dont think they offer quite as much as Ford...

Had fantastic service from Peter Nesbitt at Jennings Ford South Shields, both before & after purchasing our Focus Titanium X. Although we had some initial teething problems we were never in any doubt that Peter would sort things out for us one way or another. We would definitely consider using this branch again.
Also good response from the Ford Customer Relationship Centre who assisted us during the "teething problem" period.

After seeing the deal our son got at Jennings Ford Dierect South Sields and looking for a new car ourselves we had no hesitation seeing what they could do for us

Found dealing with jennings was ok the day i picked my car up sales rep got shirty as i didnt have full service history (he didnt ask the week before) walked away from me in a strop to talk to his manager after 10 minutes waiting he came back and said it didnt matter WHAT WAS THAT ABOUT ? dust caps missing ,nail in tyre ,annoying but not a deal breaker, Why penny pinch ? I would buy a car off them again no problem

Could not fault the service and correspondence from Alan Bailes ,everything smooth and all questions answered , no problems what so ever. Would certainly recommend to any 3rd party.

Only had the car a week but so far very pleased with it. The service at Jennings was good. They did everything they said they would do for me before I collected the car.

I found my dealings with Jennings Ford a very pleasant experience. The salesperson Mark was very helpful and also it helped that I knew the sales manager personally so I knew I would be well looked after. Everything was explained clearly and my new car was ready for collection at the time arranged so all in all a very positive experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jennings Ford to friends and family

This is the second time I have bought a vehicle from Jennings Ford on the strength of an internet search. My previous experience with them was very good and I have no reason to change my mind, the purchase of the vehicle went smoothly and without any problems. Considering that I had not seen the vehicle until the day I purchased it I think that Jennings Ford offer honestly and good value. The also added value to my purchase with a number of add-ons.

Once I had returned home, a 190 mile journey, I noticed a door protector was missing from a front door, a quick phone call later and they were happy to reimburse me the cost, it was a 30 second job to fit it. The vehicle was serviced before I took delivery so I didn't even bother to open the bonnet to have a look, though I probably should have. However when I got home and opened the bonnet for the first time I noticed that the coolant level was below minimum. I was concerned that there may have been a leak, but after topping it up there appears to be no movement in the level. I mentioned my concern to Jennings Ford that this may have been overlooked and they will pass this on to the service department. Just in case I will continue to monitor the level.

All in all, Jennings Ford made it a painless task. Everything was ready for me and as I had been expected I wasn't made to wait.

Would I buy another vehicle from Jennings Ford? especially since I have a Ford dealership not more than 3 miles away from where I live. Definitely yes, because the service is better.
