Good service and communication from Denaz and Henry throughout, delivery was longer than expected but I appreciate that was beyond the control of the Jet team.

Wendy was very helpful throughout this process. Lots of information given step by step process explained by her. Delivery was fast and reliable. Would definitely recommend. The driver Dave that delivered the car very lovely also , helped me by explaining the features in the car . Thanks both

Initially very helpful and happy with the lease offer given. However, processing the actual financial agreement through their partner ALD Finance, has been ridiculous. E-signing the lease agreement has been a nightmare due to an IT glitch and even after a week, it’s still not resolved and communication and support has been sub par. I’ve even had to deal directly with their finance partner. I will arrange a lease through another company. Avoid.

Great experience with Denaz and team at Jet Car finance. Found online whilst looking for a vauxhall Mokka. Best price out there. Communication was friendly and responses were quick.

No problems at all.
Car was delivered on time and perfect.

Having used a comparison leasing site to source the Renault 5 e-tech I eventually chose Jet Vehicle Finance based on their pricing. Over the period of time between ordering the car, confirming spec, getting confirmation of the cars arrival and eventually being delivered I spoke to three different employees of the company and i received great service from them all.

It Was a nice surprise when I found Jet Vehicles Finance ,the price was a lot cheaper than all the other companies I looked at ,honestly at first I was worried it may be a scam ,but it was all good thankfully,I would recommend them ,first class service,guided me through everything they made it easy and delivered my car in good time

Pleasant experience with contract hire of a BYD. Very competitive rates. And it was easy to get in touch with sales people and admin staff. Would use again.

I contacted Jet after using a site which showed the best deals on cars on lease. I spoke to quite a few, then spoke to Simon. I chose Jet over the others not only because they matched the best price but because Simon was patient , not pushy and any questions I had he was more than happy to get the answers if he didn’t know them ( I asked plenty as I usually buy my cars outright & had know nothing about electric cars either)
I went ahead and placed my order and I’m currently waiting for it to be delivered next month. A big thank you to Simon who made everything pretty easy !!

Fantastic service and price. I couldn't find anything wrong with the whole process really easy to use. I used a comparison site to find the car at the best price and Jet came up. I contacted them and they sorted the car within minutes. By the end of the day we had a new car on order, no hastle or fuss. Dealt with Denaz, a good bloke who gave some sound advice

We needed to arrange two lease vehicles for our engineers. We had approached all the leading lease companies but kept being rejected due to our credit score. Our low credit score was due to the company ownership and directors being in Germany. Also due to inter company transactions. We have used Wendy in the past so I contacted Wendy again to see if she could help. Which she did, tremendously! There were a lot of hoops to jump through and a lot of forms to complete. Eventually Wendy secured a lease contract with Arval and our engineers got the cars they wanted within 6 weeks of the contract being agreed.

My first time leasing a car. Simon Godwin at Jet Finance was exceptionally helpful, friendly and very professional. He patiently and swiftly answered my endless questions and explained every thing very clearly. I would throughly recommend.

Ordered a lease car for my mum from them great people to work with we did have some slight communication issues at times but we got around it. The car was delayed by 1 month but luckily they managed to source another car and get it delivered on time. The car arrived unfortunately with almost empty tank of fuel and barely any charge. The car wasn’t prepared properly for delivery there was sticker residue on doors from shipping this issue wasn’t something that’s in jet vehicle finances control as dealer was responsible for delivery. However I did appreciate the £10 charging voucher. Thanks to denaz and the team.

I'm extremely disappointed with the experience so far. I ordered a car that was advertised as available for delivery within 1–2 weeks. It's now been 4 weeks, with four separate delays — and still no clear timeline.

I understand that unexpected issues can arise with vehicle logistics, but what’s been most frustrating is the lack of communication. Each time I'm told someone will be in touch on the 'New Delivery Date' and no one follows up. I have to chase the team for updates, only to be told again that it's delayed — without any real explanation.

Most recently, I received an email promising an update to explain the continued delays. That was four days ago. I replied, and still haven’t had a response — let alone the promised update.

This level of service and communication is far below expectations, especially for such a significant purchase. I would appreciate a clear and honest update, along with a realistic timeframe for delivery.

Let's hope I get the car... Really considering cancelling due to this poor experience.

UPDATE:

Their response suggests they called this morning, when in fact they have never contacted me and I have not heard from them since I called them 4 days ago… it’s bizzare what’s going on over there and for them to respond with inaccurate information.

Had a call from Wendy this morning who has kindly escalated everything for me and car now expected in the next few days. Communication has been very good since.
