I was looking for some bar stud earrings to replace some very old gold plated one's so was delighted when I came across Jewellrybox.com and found some 9ct gold one's for not much more than I had paid for the plated one's years ago.
The delivery was very fast and I couldn't wait to try them on, they are so pretty, elegant and comfortable. I'm very happy with this purchase and will buy from jewellerybox again!

Came exactly as I ordered and fits perfectly. Had an issue with the delivery address which was sorted out immediately and the product turned up next day.

I shouldn’t have been the two hearts linked silver and blue pendant and chain is beautiful and both myself and the recipient are delighted. I was kept informed of delivery and the pendant was well packaged. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this seller

I was delighted when I opened my little package. The silver chain is so bright and dainty - perfect for my special pendant, and the design means the chain doesn't get tangled, as so many do. It arrived quickly and carefully packaged.

Firstly the quality of the product. I purchased the 9ct large gold locket and it was everything I hoped it would be. Secondly I purchased it with the wrong length of chain and the staff could not have been more helpful in making the change I needed.

I spent over £800 on jewellery from JewelleryBox.co.uk, but unfortunately, a staggering 90.6% (48 out of 53 items) proved to be defective. Issues included:
* Charms detaching immediately
* Stones falling out after the first wear
* Clasps breaking instantly
I have NEVER experienced this high level of frustration from ANY company before. Despite requesting a refund, I encountered significant difficulties. Communication with customer service was inconsistent, with contradictory statements regarding the refund status. They sent my refund to a closed account and are claiming that it is successfully completed. I am still waiting for my refund as of January 2025 when I was promised it back in December 2024. Also, I have 12 emails spanning 2 years regarding refunds. If I was actually refunded, I would have 14 emails confirming refunds.
In contrast, I have successfully received 9 refunds from seven other companies for various reasons at the time of this closed account. The refund evidently bounced back to them and they are choosing to keep my money.

*JewelleryBox.co.uk clearly prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company*.

Lessons Learned:
* Thoroughly research any online retailer before making a purchase.
* Read customer reviews from various sources.
* Document all purchases, communications, and any issues encountered.
* Be wary of overly low prices, as they may indicate poor quality.

MAY 2025 UPDATE: With regards to that ridiculous response for the benefit of other customers, I contacted my bank 3 times, they did receive the refund, then they sent it back to Jewellery Box. ALL CLOSED bank accounts do this. So of course, I received NOTHING! It's MY choice, never to use Jewellery box again, others can at their own risk, but I would NOT recommend it.

Superb choice of products, good quality and all at a great price. Delivery was quick and the items were well presented. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
