At last a perfect pair of stylish wellies for my chunky legs. I haven’t been able to get wellies for years till I chanced upon Jileon! I bought a size bigger than my usual because up here in the Scottish Highlands I need a thick pair of socks in the winter. They were delivered quickly and were in a wellie bag. So cute. I chose the black to go with everything but now I know how good they are, strong grip, I might treat myself to the raspberry colour. Rains lashing here today so I’m away out for a splash!

Last July (14months ago)I bought two pairs of wellies thinking they’d last.
But one pair has already split on BOTH feet at the seams on the side. This is clearly a weakness.
When I contacted Jileon, I was only offered a 30% discount on another set of boots instead of a replacement.
They said a 1 yr warranty is all that is offered and they deem this reasonable. I’m not spending any more money on unreasonably priced boots that last ome season. I may as well spend a tenner on cheap boots from Amazon each year.

Omg, this are the most comfortable boots. I haven't have rain boots in years, because here in the USA wide width are hard to find. This are not just gorgeous and stylish, but very comfortable. Thank you, Thank you 🤗 I'm in love with them 💖

My boots were delivered today. The quality looks good and size very comfortable. However the actual pin which passes through the eyelet is incredibly short and so fastening is extremely tricky. No way can this been done when on the leg. Instead I have to fasten them before.

Fantastic product. Very comfortable to wear and easy to get on and off. As I spend a lot of time in the garden I purchased the insoles for extra support. The quality of both products gives me confidence that they will last a considerable length of time.

I was sceptical as I have wide feet and have had to go up a size in other wellies even with "wide" legs. These ones fit very well and arrived promptly

Hi, I ordered a pair of ankle wellies. I was sent the wrong item - a pair of full length wellies. I alerted Jileon on Monday about this. I called and left a message with all of the details. I then also sent an email. No response. On Wednesday of the same week I sent a follow up email. Finally on Thursday I received a reply to my email. I was instructed to return the wellies and would be supplied with a free returns label.
At the time I ordered I was in the Outer Hebrides due to return to Glasgow on Saturday. Had the correct item arrived on time there would have been no issue. Had a prompt response from customer service been received there still would not have been an issue. Now a replacement cannot be delivered in time so I am required to take the bulky wellies back with me to Glasgow and then return them to Jileon while I wait for the correct product to finally be delivered to Glasgow. I was told my email on Monday went into Junk. That still does not explain why there was no response to my voice mail. Really, really poor customer service. Only responded when chased and the customer is inconvenienced to solve the company’s error. A pair of full size wellies are not items you just pop in the post.

My daughter struggles to to find boots due to a disability but these wellies are perfect for her. The process of ordering was effortless and the boots arrived very quickly.

I have pay for my paket 2 months ago. Not get my paket.

Had two pairs now, neither have lasted more than 5 months of use, max of 1 hour per day all 4 wellies have leaked between the rubber upper and base of the boots

So much money for such short time so sad as a great fit

Always struggled to find wellies that fit wide calfs, but these Jilion ones are brilliant. Can't recommend them highly enough.
The service was first class too. The choice is fantastic, ummed and ahhhd for ages to decide which ones to get. But made my choice. I might even get a shorter pair for the garden.

My wide fit, easy slip on/off ankle wellies arrived this morning. I have to say I am completely over the moon with them, they are absolutely beautiful and perfect. Jileon wellies come very highly recommended by me!

Lovely wellies but they completely split along the seam after 1 year! Very disappointing
