I have been a regular customer and absolutely love my boots. I wear them all year round as I live in the country and have dogs. Never had any issue thank you!!

Brilliant customer service, I had some questions to ask about the right boots for me and the lady in the office was fantastic. Delivery was prompt and I will definitely be going back to them for my next pair !

Great, strong wellies. Just what I needed! I struggle to find wide calf wellies but Jileon had many to offer and in lots of designs to suit everyone’s tastes.

I ordered and they arrived super quickly. Quicker than expected! The fit is absolutely perfect and so comfortable. With the wet weather we’ve been having I’m glad to have got mine and will be ordering more to work with my walking wardrobe.

I've never before experienced such 'surprising' customer service from a small business. As much as I can I choose to give my custom to small businesses and always sing their praises where possible. Sadly this business is one to avoid if you care about business's genuinely appreciating their customers. It's a shame because their product is good, bar the obvious and unavoidable manufacturing faults that happen from time to time, which Jileon refuse to acknowledge.

Just over 1 year of light wear and storing their product according to the company's advice, and my boots are split and leaking. Their offer was 33% discount for another purchase because the boots are outside the 1 year warranty, which on the face of it sounds reasonable until you see that there is already a 20% discount for every customer on their website. So, 13% off to purchase another potentially faulty pair of boots is really quite insulting. I honestly would have preferred a genuine apology and some concern, but little did I know I wasn't even going to get that!

I wanted to give Jileon the opportunity to redeem themselves with direct contact, so called to speak to someone. After explaining who I was (having emailed already) I was met with a curt and solitary 'YES', then silence. I was shocked that this person would open their side of the conversation in a passive aggressive way. This individual was unapologetic, rude and discourteous throughout and then accused me of being aggressive! In my wildest dreams I couldn't imagine a small business owner or worker would speak to a paying customer this way.

As an owner of a small business myself (and just a pleasant human being) I would never treat a customer this way and cannot fathom how or why a simple apology and kind tone wasn't taken from the off. Having read that I am not the only person to have received this behaviour from this company, I'm sure this review will be met with an opposite sounding reply, as have the others.

If this company genuinely cared about their customers, 1 bad review would be enough to amend the standoffish and rude manner in which they are conducting themselves. They have polar opposite reviews on their website because as I've previously said, the product is good, my point is why they don't acknowledge manufacturing faults (which happen in EVERY sector) present for some of their customers. If the negative experiences (as Jileon claim) are so few and far between why on earth are they not met with concern and an acceptable solution.

It's an astute business that utilises a situation like this to built customer faith and demonstrate exceptional customer service. Sadly all Jileon have done is ostracise a potentially regular customer. In my line of work I have a huge portfolio of potential clients for Jileon. By utilising this situation to their advantage I would have left a very different review, and directed my paying clients their way. Sadly my clients hard earnt will now be given to a competitor. This illustrates how not caring about and neglecting disappointed customers can damage your business.

I hope by leaving this review Jileon take on board and amend their approach, however I suspect this is wishful thinking.

It's been years of looking for wellies that fit my legs so I can enjoy the outdoors like I've wanted to but no luck. Just by chance I came across Jileon and I am that impressed I'm basically moved to tears by it. Completely waterproof, very comfortable, actually adjustable - I am so pleased! A lot of companies claim to be size inclusive and they aren't and don't care avout bigger people getting outdoors but you do so thank you.

Fantastic small business, I am ever so pleased with my new wellies. The ordering process was easy and straight forward. The ladies in the customer service department were ever so helpful and on hand to offer advice when I had a query. Ordered yesterday morning and received the next day via DPD.

I have been looking for wellies with a larger calf for years, Jileon offer a good range of styles and fit, the half height were perfect for me. So comfortable and plenty of room round my calf.

Worst customer service EVER. DPD tried to deliver to wrong house and then Jilleon said they would be re-delivered the next day. Then got an email saying I had to collect and walk13 miles to get them as I don’t drive and there is no public transport where I live. If I don’t collect they will not refund for at least 2 weeks!!! DO NOT BUY THERE ARE BETTER WIDE WELLY COMPANIES

Boots Leak After 4 Months Of Wear

I purchased 2 pairs of ankle wellies for dog walking, 02/21 and 09/22. I liked the wellies and they were comfortable. The first pair lasted one winter and developed a leak therefore I ordered a replacement pair and just thought it was my bad luck.

I discovered my send pair also leaked when I got them out to wear in November 23. I regard this as no longer being bad luck but that the product is not fit for purpose and because the boots were no longer under warranty the company have refused to replace them. They offered me a 33% discount off a replacement pair, which is what they are offering to everyone for CYBER WEEK SALE, very very disappointed not concerned about their customer loyalty or reputation.

Obviously you don't need to wear wellies for 365 days of the year, they are a seasonal item and my expectation would be they should last at least a couple of seasons especially as they are relatively expensive - £59.99.

My advice would be do not purchase from this company unless you have money to waste.

Very poor customer experience.

I ordered some wide fit country boots but as they were big on the calf I used the strap to make them smaller but it made a v shape in the top of the boot which cut into my leg. I tried them on indoors with welly socks and they seemed fine, but once outside walking they were very heavy and uncomfortable. I am no longer able to return so have lost £100+ and have no boots for winter, neither do I have any more funds to do so. All in all much gladness when I found the site, but sadness that I am stuck with boots that I cannot wear. I did the quiz they have on their website to see which size is best.

Wow, so pleased with my wellies. Really easy to order, they have advice on how to choose what size. Ordered yesterday and received information that they were on the way and then an update on the time slot - and they came dead on the time they said this morning - just one day after I had ordered them - fantastic 👏👏
I have tried them on and been walking around the house in them - so comfortable. plenty of room round my calf. Very pleased.

Beautiful wellies, they fit perfectly, are well made, very comfy and look great.

Wow, having reached 57 years young and never having any comfortable success with Welly wearing I can't believe these.

I was measured many, many years ago and told I had a G fitting with shoes.

I once attempted a pair of wellies which after 30 yards cramped my feet so badly I had to return home in bare feet!

Alongside my wide feet I was told I had flat feet, no arches, policeman's feet in fact. Something a women longs to hear, not!

So I was sceptical but that was alongside dreading another winter of soggy feet and ruined trainers. I was also keen to have a shoe I could just slip on and go.

I used the Welly fitting Jileon provide convinced of a bad fit. I was wrong, not only do they fit but the Welly fit quiz also suggested I use their othopeadic insoles and voila! I did a half hour walk round my local park in complete comfort.

A comfortable fit, no heel, ankle, shin or calf rub and a boot that went on easily. I also went 1 size up so I can wear thick socks but the Welly socks I bought with the wellies are so cosy.

And they're cute!

The website had lots of good advice to help with ordering the right type of wellie for you, and the correct size fit. I ordered the half height wellies in the lovely purple butterfly print. They arrived next day.
The wellies are easy to get on and off. There's room for thicker socks and for tucking trousers in. The advice on caring for your wellies, making them last longer was useful too. I bought my usual shoe size 5. I have quite achey feet but with my Jileons on, they feel supported and very comfortable. There was also a generous discount when I ordered. I would definitely recommend these wellies. Just wish they'd make slippers and boots too.

Can not believe that for once in my life I have wellies that fit - high in step wide calf wide ankles made wellies a no go for me for tooo many years. Saw these and got the half height ones for wide calf, so so good then I bit the bullit and ordered the full length wide calf - they are Fabulous and so easy to adjust. I wear my wellies absolutely everywhere - I take a 4.5 I ordered a size 5 which is perfect with a thick pair of socks. Delivery is brilliant both mine came next day delivery and so well packaged
Quality of the boots are amazing very seldom do I purchase shoes or boots that are comfortable - these exceed all of my expectations - I would recommend these 100%

My husband is so pleased with his half height wellington boots with wider ankle from Jileon Ltd, they are so easy to slip on and off. I would thoroughly recommend them. He’s a size 7 shoe and we ordered a 7 boot and they fit perfectly.

Super-quick (free) delivery - ordered Friday and they were delivered the following day, even though they were due two days after that, amazing service.

Needed extra wide everything wellies for my husband - calf, ankle and foot - and they are perfect. The only wellies he’s actually got his feet in as an adult. Bought his regular size and they are just right.

The wide calf wellies have just arrived on the date that was given and within the 1 hour time slot. They are for my wife who states they are very comfortable and an ease to put on. She is wearing them inside the house to get used to them and like them so much she doesn't want to wear them outside and get them dirty !!!!!!!!!
The storage bag they came in is really helpful and will help when one she does one day get them dirty!
