Customer Service Feedback
I bought a carp fishing stand and unfortunately the screw handle was damaged when it arrived.
I contacted them and the service was fantastic. A replacement one was sent immediately, continuous feedback and shipping notifications were a plenty.
5 star rating doesn’t do them justice.
Definitely buy from them again.

I recently ordered a hoodie for a present but unfortunately the size i ordered was incorrect so i had to return it 🤦♀️ Returning the item was straight forward and when I contacted the company they replied within a day or 2 and kept me well informed. Definitely would use them again.

I ordered some leads off eBay from jkoutdoors and unfortunately the packaging was damaged and the leads fell out in transit but after a few emails they sorted it straight away and sent me a new package they were very helpful 👍🏼
