Happy days.
Ordered multi pack of fishing feathers for 4 kids to share and 1 set not in the pack.
To avoid anyone being thrown of the pier amidst sibling rivalry, I Pointed it out to Jack and team and they sorted it right away in a friendly and seamless fashion.
Everybody happy and fishing away as the mackerel start to run up west.

I bought an NGT Fishing Trolley. Delivery was very prompt and packaged well. Unfortunately there was a problem with the trolley, not the fault of the seller, but I contacted them and the issue was resolved very quickly and a replacement dispatched. Very happy with the trolley and the service from the seller.

Good items and great prices. Order processed within a couple of hours and items are delivered with speed. Have used them 3-4 times in the last couple of weeks and will be returning to them

Bought the NGT Profile XL from JK Outdoors as I needed a big bivvy for me and my lad. JK Outdoors had the best price around, and I can’t fault their service either — really impressed. My bivvy did arrive with a couple of defects, but the return process was quick and completely free, so no complaints there.

Ordered Thursday, it came Friday. At first I was missing my chair, but this was on a second tracking number and arrived Saturday, in time for my first fishing trip. Items are well packaged, priced well and the website is nice and easy to use. I will be back when I inevitably need more fishing gear! Thanks guys!

I emailed them about a postage amendment to my order. Got a really nice email back the same day after making the requested arrangements and fulfilled my order really quickly. Also, the WSB Mackerel line I ordered feels solid. Looking forward to using it. Thanks very much guys. Highly recommend this shop.

Jack is great at responding to emails. Lovely to get such wonderful customer service.
As for the NGT profiler dome xl bivvy. It's fab quality and going to be gratefully used as often as possible.

I have to start with Jack is a legend his customer service is impeccable. I have used JKoutdoors a few times now and each time jack has went over and above, the delivery was prompt and reached me before the estimated delivery date. Jack made an exception in my case given the location for delivery and I most definitely will be be using this company in future.

Made modest £40+ order at 8.30 saturday morning, paid for Next Working day delivery to ensure monday delivery.
Royal mail email on monday stating its been recived and will be delivered tuesday. Shame.
When delivered items missing so email immediately with picture asking for help.
24hrs later, no reply so call number on website 01392 580570, number doesn't take calls?
Email again, asking for contact please. Nothing. Find alternative refund email address, send email, nothing.
Shame, great products and good prices but what the point if you don't get what you pay for and no customer service.

Placed an order on a Friday morning which qualified for free delivery. I expected to receive it after the weekend but it arrived the next day which was a Saturday so I was really impressed.
Unfortunately after a couple of uses the item developed a fault. I called the telephone number on the website and got a voicemail so i was a little concerned. However, I emailed and then received a response within 48hrs, and the customer service was great.
I was sent a pre-paid post label to return the item, was informed by email when they received the item and a replacement was issued all within a couple of days. I would recommend this company based on the customer service I received and the value of the product. The product I bought was also the lowest price I had found after checking several different site for the same item.

Very competitive prices for quality fishing tackle , quick delivery in well packaged parcels, also very friendly staff to deal with ,nothing is to much trouble.... looking forward to deal with them again
