I had to use the phone to order a insect swatter as the website wouldn't accept my password.
All went well until I had given my payment details. It was then I was told that as a special gift for being a good customer I would receive an offer from them which I must use within 14 day otherwise I would have to make a monthly payment from my payment card.
As soon as he mentioned special gift and the must use within time limits I saw a red flag. I told him to cancel the order completely as I am not getting involved with a subscription scam. The order has not been cancelled as requested and the payment has been taken, so far no confirmation email.has been received. I have advised my bank who are going to assist in stopping any further payments to the subscription company.

Bought 2 bug Zappers. Total waste of money. Not fit for purpose. Followed JML's instructions but they didn't catch one fly. Very disappointed. When returned I was charged the return postage plus the initial delivery cost. Wont be buying from them again!

I've only given a 4 star review as its a present for my husband's birthday soon and he hasn't used it yet. Ordering was very easy over the phone and parcel received very quickly. Hubby received the parcel but hasn't unpacked it yet. Will start using it this week. Thanks JML

The Chillmax Chillmate was initially good but when I came to recharge it unfortunately there was no cable as advertised. I tried several cables that I already had but nothing worked so am unable to use the fan.
I have since bought a Flip Fan which I rate at 5 Stars. This time a cable was included & I particularly like that one can pop it into my bag/pocket when going out.

Really good service no hassle and so easy to understand, had no trouble ordering over the telephone as I don't use much Internet buying. The cool air fan I purchased is so easy to use, and it's amazing how effective it is with a small amount of water you use for hours. Brilliant service and love jml products as I also buy my exercisers from jml, from Birmingham store and it's good and supportive even for disabled people to use once set up. Thanks to jml who make it easier for people to contact them with a fantastic service 😀

Just bought a heated straightening brush from JML do not touch this company. This is a huge. Heavy. Clunky. Unusable piece of rubbish. It looks and feels like something from 1950 and the company must know what a useless thing this is. I now have to pay for the return shipping. Seems ive lost a lot of money by trusting JML

The Root digger is great, easy to buy and quick to come. a good strong tool.

I cannot feel anything even after fully charging and highest setting whatever the mode sitting down i can hardly notice anything if i stand up i can barely feel a slight buzz but that's all..not impressed. The only plus is its lightweight but that's it. Sorry not for me £14 wasted .

Genuinley excellent customer service. Ordered two products and preffered one to the other. Call was answered immediatley, employee helped and answered questions in 2 seconds, return slips comes attached with invoice so i don't have to print it of myself. Hassle free, definitely recommend.

I bought a some polaoptics HD sunglasses after seeing an advert on television, I was desperate to get some decent sun glasses because I suffer from extreme light sensitivity, I even have to wear glasses on dull days and I literally can't open my eyes with out them and it's made driving so difficult, even though I am wearing glasses and have a visor that is supposed to block our the harmful rays. I ordered the glasses on line and when I put them on I just said WOW, the world looked like such a beautiful place, colours are so intense, but everything looks so clear and the glasses so comfortable, and because they wrap around your head they give great protection. I am so happy with these glasses. I am going to order lots more. The price is good and they come in a nice protective hard case with a cleaning wipe.

We bought a damaged packaging item for a lot less money. It arrived quickly and looks as new. Very happy.
It’s a leaf blower one end and a brush the other. Very handy.

Item sent fast but I have not used it yet.
