My mistake led to an issue with my order. Customer Services were excellent. Friendly, professional and very prompt in resolving for me.

I ordered the vacpack GO, the item arrived within the timescale given and left by the courier in safe place as requested.
I haven't used it yet but going by past products I have purchased from JML I am sure it is excellent.

I bought a JML Double Zapper Electric Fly Killer – a two-in-one bug killer – for £39.99 but it doesn’t catch any bugs or flies. It’s absolutely useless for the price.

When I phoned JML the service advisor was incredibly rude when we explained the item doesn’t work as advertised.

I wouldn’t waste your money on this product; fly spray works much better.

I had already bought a shovel similar to this and was therefore concerned that the one from you would be of equal or better quality. I was delighted when it arrived but it was indeed better than expected and I'm sure my friends will want to order one of the themselves. It arrived well packaged and was easy to assemble.

Absolutlutly useless . Bought 2 believing the hype in the advert. Used it on several occasions with zero results. They collect a lot of dust without a zapped bug or fly in sight. Will be sending them back in their box,s.

Excellent service from start to finish
Bought an extension pole and brush with water connector to clean up stairs windows and facials.
More than impressed easy to use a little heavy on the arms when fully extended but just took my time and a job well done.
If you use it twice it pays for its self.

Bought the sunlasses, three for two, they are brilliant. Very happy with purchase, price and fast delivery.

The goods took a bit longer to arrive than I expected. They seem to work OK but they are rather 'cheaply' made, in my opinion. One Big issue is the instructions - lots of Small pictures and VERY small print = should send these out with a magnifying glass to enable purchasers to read the instructions. Ask me in 6 months as to whether they are really any good.

Love the rotorazer apart from the actual power. Advertisement shows it easily cutting much thicker, more dense greenery than it actually can in my experience. Would be better with a more powerful battery I think.

Good products and pleasant delivery people.

This gadget is worth its weight in gold. I can’t really manhandle the bigger garden tools after a shoulder injury but the rotorazer does exactly what it says it will do . A little bit fiddle to put the wheels on but otherwise brilliant. Make sure you read the instructions to use the right blade for the right job. I do wish that there was a video on YouTube or something that shows you practically everything you can do.

The overall ordering experience was quick and easy. The product came quickly. The product single door magnetic flyscreen does not stay attached to the pvc frame if it is windy.

Excellent. It’s so good to have a UK firm that is genuine. JML sell most things. I have so many scams buying goods on Facebook. These companies pretend they operate from London. Lo and behold if you have something to return. They expect you to send it back to China. It would cost £32.

So glad I discovered JML. And it was by accident. I ordered Magnifying glasses. Which I broke. And now I have.a replacement. Well done JML

I had to use the phone to order a insect swatter as the website wouldn't accept my password.
All went well until I had given my payment details. It was then I was told that as a special gift for being a good customer I would receive an offer from them which I must use within 14 day otherwise I would have to make a monthly payment from my payment card.
As soon as he mentioned special gift and the must use within time limits I saw a red flag. I told him to cancel the order completely as I am not getting involved with a subscription scam. The order has not been cancelled as requested and the payment has been taken, so far no confirmation email.has been received. I have advised my bank who are going to assist in stopping any further payments to the subscription company.

Bought 2 bug Zappers. Total waste of money. Not fit for purpose. Followed JML's instructions but they didn't catch one fly. Very disappointed. When returned I was charged the return postage plus the initial delivery cost. Wont be buying from them again!
