No good
Brought a stafly cordless jet wash had it about 13 month's and I have just come to wash my windows with it charged the battery and put some water in a bucket connected it and the jet started leaking water and dripping down the handle and on the machine next minute it stopped working and now wont work at all the product is a complete load of rubbish and for the price it a joke avoid buying this as it isn't worth the money avoid, product isn't fit for purpose

GDPR Breach and False Advertising
Ordered two items, one item arrived belonging to another customer, this had another customer's name and address on the attached Invoice, with my details delivered to who knows. GDPR complaint swept under the carpet.
When they corrected the missing item, the Vivalife Easy grabber, what I received was an inferior product to the one advertised, avoid at all costs.

It was easy to make the purchase and the delivery was fast but it doesn't vacuum down very much and it doesn't hold as much as the video portrayed and the clips for the side straps come off far too easy i won't rush out to buy a nother rucksack

JML shocking customer service …
I bought a JML power washer from ASDA and after using it 4 times it stopped shooting any water i tried all the trouble shooting it still did not work, I contacted JML customer service direct and their response was take it back to ASDA they didnt want to do anything about it ! So they just supply their faulty power washer to outlets and then wash their hands when there's a problem, I will NEVER buy a JML product again

Great overall service. My nose/hair trimmer stopped working after being dropped. By coincidence, I saw the advert on tv. I ordered it and it arrived within a few days. I am very happy with the product. It does what it says. The blades are very sharp and need minimal contact with skin. The led light is very helpful. Very happy with product.

If I could have put zero stars I would have this product is terrible I watch the advert and I really wanted one because it looked fantastic every man had a perfectly shaved head and face truly this shaver is pathetic and the adverts should be taken off for legal reasons as it is total lie the sheaver cannot put anything it pulls hairs out it hurts leaves massive chucks of hair everywhere it is pathetic and for 50 pound you that this company is ripping people off please head my words do not buy this ever.i going to report them trading standards

I purchased 4 zappers
I purchased 4 zappers, they did not work. I returned them as requested. Then had to chase my refund after approx. 6 weeks. Was told all good just not processed the payment. Lady just processed it, on the call and said it will be with 24/48 hours. It has now been 5 days, still no refund payment. Stay away from JML. Not easy to do business with.

Swivel Sweeper
I ordered a Swivel Sweeper which had mixed reviews and am very pleased with it. The charge lasts a long time and the whole unit is a lot stronger than I thought it would be. Just remember to keep emptying it. Delivery was also very good 👍

I bought the vroom power sweeper and the zapella bug zapper first the zappers charging wire didn’t work then the sweeper isn’t that great on carpet and on floor leaves a lot still lying on floor contacted Jim bur they never answered me
