I changed my address because I moved, then placed an order for the confirmation to show old address, straight away I called customer service, the woman I spoke to was so RUDE she said it was my fault for not checking.
I tried to explain what happened.
She stupidly said well when it gets delivered you can tell them you don’t want it and send it back …
How thick, she said oh yes you won’t be there.
In the past I have ordered so much from JML NEVER AGAIN.
SUPPOSED TO BE A VALUED CUSTOMER.

JML working with Froguul to scam vulnerable customers.
Misleading £29.99 monthly subscription added without clear consent.
I feel compelled to warn others about my experience with JML and subsequently Froogul.
What appears to be a normal purchase can quickly turn into an unexpected monthly subscription, and I believe the process is far from transparent.
My 62-year-old mother bought a product through
JML and believed she was simply completing a one-off purchase. At no point did she knowingly agree to join a subscription service or re-enter her payment details.
However, her card information was apparently transterred to Froogul during the checkout process, and they began charging £29.99 every month. Before we noticed, they had taken two monthly payments, totalling £59.98. We only spotted this because I help her with her banking and pointed the transaction out to her because it looked odd.
The subscription appears to rely on customers overlooking small print or not fully realising what they are agreeing to during checkout. In our case, my mother genuinely believed she was only paying for the item she intended to buy. JML did not mention once in the telephone call about a separate product offer or the company Froguul.
If you or your parents (elderly especially) shop with JML, check their bank statements for them to make sure the same isn’t happening to them. Just take a look over at Froguul reviews on here and you will see review after review after review saying the exact same thing!
Fraud at its finest. Shame on you JML.

Froogul.co.uk is an online discount and savings club where members can earn significant cashback in most of the major retailers on the High Street and online, along with savings on leisure and travel.
We refute any claims that personal or bank details have been used without permission.
In order for us to have processed the membership, your mother would have agreed to the trial, and given us permission to charge her account at the end of a call that she made to purchase a product. All the terms and charges are advised on this call and an agreement password must be given as permission to proceed with the trial, which is made very clear on the call is a paid membership subscription after the trial period ends. This is also followed up in a welcome letter sent by email or via the post, which includes the date the full membership fee will be processed, and our contact details should you wish to cancel. Our policy is to allow cancellations at any time, we even publish our contact number on the payment descriptor to make it easier to contact us.
If you want us to investigate your complaint and provide you full details on how and when your mother signed up for the programme and agreed to the T&CS, please provide us with her full name and address so we can identify her record, along with her written agreement that we can speak to you in relation to her account. You can do so by sending an email to support@froogul.co.uk

Great experience after being let down by another company!
Josh & Jake from the roofing team attended our property today to conduct a roof inspection as we had some concerns about a major leak. They ended up just fixing the roof on the spot for us which was a HUGE relief as another company had quoted a 6 month wait to complete the work (after we had to pay them a fee to inspect the issue). The final bill also came in SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than the other company. We are so relieved to have the roof fixed so quickly and in only one visit. Josh & Jake, thank you so much! We have nothing but good things to say about JML as previous customers from the plumbing side can confirm their roofing branch is just as great.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Purchased sunglasses and paid for postage. Definitely not as advertised Everythingsbout the advert was misleading and smaller than advert. When I requested a return and refund was advised to return at my own cost and via Royal Mail 2nd class and I was told in the post office this woud be £4.85. Don't waste your time. RN RMA183656....

Didn’t know if these glasses would be…
Didn’t know if these glasses would be any benefit but tried them out yesterday as it was sunny and I was really Pleased with them.There was a lot less glare from the sun reflecting off other cars and made driving a lot better.Well worth the money.

For flying insects, we recommend hanging the unit approximately 4 to 6 feet above the floor. You may also find it helpful to bait the trap, as this can improve its effectiveness. While not all types of flies are attracted to UV light, many are attracted to strong smells. Placing a small piece of banana skin near or in the unit may encourage flies into the trap, allowing them to be zapped.

Ordered the PolaOpticsHD sunglasses on a Friday afternoon, and received them at lunchtime the following Wednesday. They seem to be of good quality, plus cutting-out 'glare' very well. I was also pleased that I could 'track' delivery of the parcel, via "Royal Mail".
