Love it!!! Fit was great true to size

I have to say when you order online you never know what you are going to get but, the V-neck shirts I received not only met my satisfaction but surpassed my expectations. The quality and the feel of the shirts are amazing and well worth the expense.

Obsessed with this Joah Brown tank. The fit is exactly what I was looking for—relaxed, effortless, and still super flattering. The fabric is lightweight, soft, and drapes perfectly without looking messy. I love that I can throw it on with jeans for a casual look or dress it up with jewelry and still feel put together.

Fast shipping, quality, stylish products, packaging is great and like that it is made from recycled materials. Easy to start a return for one of the items that didn’t work for me.

I only wore the top once and washed it once, following the care instructions, and it started pilling immediately. I even had to use a fabric shaver to remove the pilling, which should not be necessary after just one wear and wash.

Considering I paid over $50 for this top even on sale, I honestly do not think this reflects acceptable quality for the price. The fabric already looks worn out despite being practically new.

The colors don’t match the products. I ordered a pair of pants that looked sand/khaki colored, and in person they are greenish. And a long sleeved shirt that looked maroon/red-ish in photos and when I got it it’s milk chocolate brown.

Sizing for the bathing suit was off, now I need to pay for a label to ship back. Wasn’t a fan of the customer service. Overall bad experience considering this is a high end brand that my fiancé likes.

They are fast at getting your order to you. I love the tops I ordered. The fit is perfect! I can’t wait to wear them!

I did not receive one of my items and am having difficulty reaching them to get it resolved.

Unfortunately, I have had a nightmare experience trying to return products from Canada.

The items arrived quickly, and the fabric is good quality and very soft. However, the sizing was disappointing. The pants fit much larger than a size small, and the medium top I ordered was too small.

The company does not provide a return shipping label, and returning items from Canada has been extremely difficult. Customers are required to use the Zonos app, which involves photographing the products before a shipping label can be created. The app repeatedly rejected my photos, and when it finally accepted them, I was asked to pay duty on the return shipment. There was no option to indicate that I was simply returning merchandise.

I even went to my local post office, hoping the process would be easier in person after unsuccessfully trying to create the label online. Unfortunately, they told me they could not create a shipping label without the Zonos app. While I was there, my package was already sealed, and I couldn’t reopen it because the post office would not provide tape to reseal it.

I have contacted the company multiple times asking for assistance with a solution, but so far I have not received the help needed to complete the return. If the products were not so expensive, I would probably give up on returning them altogether.

While the product quality is good, the return process for Canadian customers has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
