DO NOT ORDER from this company. customer service is non existent and after 3 emails over 1 week I have not received a single reply on my returned item. The reason my item was returned was because the quality of the product was disgraceful. the Material was completely see though and stitching looked like it was done by a 5 year old child.

I had planned to order lots of products from Joe Browns but this experience has completely turned me off buying from them again. I should have read the customer service reviews before placing my order.

Firstly I love Joe Brown produce.
I placed an order for 2 dresses when they arrived 1 was not suitable the other too big.
I returned on 24/4/2026. As nothing heard I sent email asking for updates.
Horror reply today,have received back but it is in a queue. They are too busy and will take 10 days before bring processed.
Don't think I'll be buying any more.

First-time buyer with this company. Have tried to contact customer service twice but received no reply. I should have read other people's experiences on here of the woeful customer service. Once bitten, twice shy. Won't buy from them again simply because I cannot trust them. I wish these companies would realise that a positive customer service experience leads to repeat purchases. Update: within 40minutes of me posting this review on Trustpilot, I finally got a reply from Joe Browns. This happens frequently when posting negative reviews of a company on Trustpilot. Only then does someone get off their backside and reply to you. Clearly, this is very poor management behind the scenes.

Pretty, good quality jeans with flower power! I got my normal size 8 uk, and it is fine. Very happy, I feel happy with my flowers pants!

I’d never even heard of Joe Browns before, which honestly makes me a bit gutted—because I’ve clearly been missing out. I’ve placed a pretty big order and I’m seriously impressed. The quality is excellent, the designs are unique (without being over the top), and the range is far better than most of the usual high street options. Everything feels well-made and actually a bit different, which is rare these days.

I haven’t marked them down overall because the products themselves are spot on, but the one downside for me is the use of Evri for delivery. That alone makes me hesitate about ordering again. I’d genuinely be happy to pay more for delivery or at least have the option of a different courier—it would make a big difference to the overall experience.

That said, I like the brand enough that I’ll probably just make the 50-minute drive to visit one of their stores instead. Feels like a safer bet than risking Evri messing up what’s otherwise been a brilliant first impression.

Whilst I love Joe Brown products I think people should be aware. I bought a lamp 2 weeks ago, a real treat for myself as it was £95+ £4 postage. I never normally spoil myself like this but I loved it and it was perfect for my room. How disappointed I was was I saw the exact lamp in a shop in Ross on Wye for £75. That's a lot of difference. I contacted JB but they weren't interested. So, I suggest that if you are planning to buy anything from their homewares, do a search to see if you can buy it elsewhere substantially cheaper.

Ordered a dress for my partner and this was due to be delivered on the 18th of April as a present for a birthday on 27th April.

This was delivered to the wrong address, i raised this with the courier who passed it on to JB. I have been in touch with their customer service for several days now and i have not been sent a replacement or a refund.

I have had to walk around houses in the area where i live to try and find the address as per instruction from the customer service agent again this did not get me the item.

I genuinely cannot recommend them as a company based on this experience which is the first time i have ordered an item from them

Absolutely appalling service. I returned an item via Evri on 2 April; tracking confirms Joe Browns received it on 4 April. On 15 April I was told my refund was “in a queue” and would take “a day or two” — clearly meaningless.

It is now 20 days since they received the return and 9 days since that message, and I am still waiting for my money. This is not a delay, it’s a failure to process a basic return while holding onto customers’ funds.

Avoid this company at all costs.

I’m guessing Joe Browns is doing very well with enormous amounts of orders because I ordered a jumper on Monday hoping it would be here the following Saturday for my daughter’s birthday and it wasn’t even dispatched by that day! Very rare in these online shopping days! I didn’t order express delivery but I thought I may have had some notification after 6 days!

Great company and products. I wanted to change an item to get a different size and they fast-tracked the return so I got it in time for my holiday.

I’ve been buying Joe Browns clothes for years now, and apart from loving the styles, their customer service is amazing. When you call you get straight through to a person (in the UK) and when I’ve emailed them, they always get straight back to me. I recently had an issue with buttons falling off, and when I contacted them they were brilliant and sent me a whole load of buttons as spare. I will be buying from them for many years to come .

I love there clothes but the biggest problem in the company is the courier service they use, not only are Evri constantly late not by a hour or so but sometimes by five hours, and if that’s not enough the package is handed over to the customer covered in dust and dirt from the back of a dirty delivery van, I have asked Joe Browns if they can use a different courier but I never got a response, it could possibly be a matter of use a different delivery company or I will not order again

I am a petite size and find it difficult to find clothes for women under 5 ft 3 .
Ordered a size 14 petite from this company. It arrived in 2 days and I am delighted with it. Good quality, good fit, true to size and exactly as it looked on the website . Will definitely buy from this company again . They have some lovely stuff on their website

I've used Joe Brown's for several years now and find them EXCELLENT.

The styling of there clothes the bright colours and they work for the older man so well.

The customer service is also Excellent.

Love JoeBrowns womens' clothes. So happy with everything I have bought ! Great quality & good service. Size is true. I am spoilt for choice when I receive their catalogues & always want to buy everything ! 😂

I received incorrect items from my order. I immediately sent the company and email correcting them. NO APPROPRIATE RESPONSE. I'M PRETTY SURE THAT NO ONE ACTUALLY EVEN READ MY EMAILS. I'VE PAID FOR ITEMS THAT I DO NOT WANT. THEY ARE STILL IN THE PACKAGING. I'M OLD AND ON A FIXED INCOME. $40 for an ugly nightgown is a big waste of money to me. DO NOT SHOP HERE. YOUR WELCOME.

They look great the Joe Browns clothing - very colourful etc. But the quality on too many of their clothes is poor. But my biggest complaint are their high prices for cheaply made clothing. In their latest catalogue V2 (March 2016) they are selling for £60 a Mens Stripe Cardigan (code MK403a), the exact same cardigan I purchased online from Temu December 2024 for £13!!! Identical garment for £47 more!!
This is not the first time either.
Also on a separate point - their male model - the ridiculously heavily tattooed bearded man with a bald tattooed head is quite unpleasant to me & I am sure many others. JB have used him for ages so they must like him! Well it puts me right off. As do their rip off prices for low quality (in the main) clothes.

My husband absolutely loves Joe Browns, and I have to say the men’s collection is great. Every season he finds several pieces he wants, and at this point his wardrobe almost looks like a Joe Browns showroom. The men’s clothes feel stylish, cool, unique and quite current, which is why we keep coming back.
What I’ve always found a bit confusing is the women’s collection. Whenever I try to buy something for myself, the style feels completely different. While the men’s pieces feel modern and cool, the women’s clothes often look quite dated or a bit “mumsy”.
It’s a shame, because if the women’s range had the same vibe as the men’s collection, my wardrobe might start looking like a Joe Browns showroom too.

Joe Browns , if you’re reading this, please bring some of that same cool design energy to the women’s collection. I’d love to shop here for myself as well!
