For customers, they send a return barcode with your order and the quality of the clothes is good. I always have problems with other companies for returns.

1st time buyer and WOW! Exceptional! Delivered 24 hours after ordering by Evri, fabulous clothes and fabulous quality. Will definitely be buying from this company again.

What terrible quality. I've bought clothes from Joe Browns a couple of times and found them to be okay. Tad over priced but nice designs.

Recently I bought some knee high lace up boots. They look lovely but after a couple of wears the sole have holes on both feet - this is less than 3 months

I've never had this on any boots. On closer inspection the soles are only 2mm thick, which is thinner than any shoes I've ever seen. They might as well be paper. I've had to pay to get them resoled.

Contacted Joe Brown who didn't even ask for the model number or any details but stated they were sorry I was disappointed and go back to store. I don't have the receipt anymore so no help available there.

My complaint is that the boots weren't fit for purpose and they need to review the quality and improve manufacturing. They charge enough to pay for decent soles

I ordered nearly £300 worth of clothes from Joe Browns in xmas sale. Arrived from Evri and unfortunately even petite was still too big. Posted back and waited for refund. 10 days later enquired via email about return, parcel had not arrived back to the warehouse. To Rayne lead advisors credit, who dealt with this query, once I sent photos showing evri tracking was still on its way, I received full refund without any problems. I hope the parcel turns up though I have seen issues with evri parcels going missing in comments online and Facebook. First time it has ever happened to me.

I ordered some boots in September which were advertised as waterproof. However, on first wear in light rain, I realised they definitely weren't waterproof! When I revisited the website, the 'waterproof' label had been removed. The boots have fallen apart within 3 months of purchasing them, when I only wear them for a max of one hour per day. I made a complaint on 16th December and I am still awaiting a response. I would not recommend this company.

Customer service and customer care appears to be non existent?

Ordered 1 item but in 2 sizes. took them over a week to tell me that one size is out of stock. This after confirming my order and quoting in stock,plus informing me that they would be leaving?
They dispatched the size that was in stock, but never bothered to ask if I still want them even though it was a part order. 20 mins after telling me that one item was out of stock I cancelled the complete order.
Its now with Evri for delivery, I can do without the hassle, now no doubt have to return this item even more hassle. Why don't they just ask Evri to return the items as the order is cancelled.
I assume that our contract has been broken by Joe Browns as they cannot fulfill my complete order.

It appears from Trust pilot reviews that their customer service just confirms my opinion/view.

Great range of products, but the goods just don't turn up and customer service is non existent.

Their courier partners are Evri who either lose or steal the orders. I paid extra for priority delivery, but 3 weeks later still no goods and no response from them.

I wish I could put -10 stars and I wish i read this reviews before I order from them. First order, hundreds spent, parcel never received, no updates whatsoever, shocking customer services who seems doesnt give a toss! Never again I will buy from them! Avoid!

If i'd known they used EVRI i would not have ordered online. Item was not delivered

Great service today and very friendly staff..What is Important to me is these people know how to fold the clothes you have purchased and place them nicely in the bag. 😀 I did comment to the lady on the till how nice she folded the jacket I purchased. Thanks

I returned an item on 1st December and unfortunately evri tracking shows it was picked up from parcel shop but no further details. I have messaged Joe browns twice and as yet have not received a reply. Extremely poor customer service and I used to buy a lot of things here for year’s but I’ll definitely not be using them ever again. Beware everyone

The clothes are ok.I have purchased from store without issue. The whole online shopping experience however is a total shambles. I originally placed an order for 3 items. After several days I had not received dispatch confirmation and rang customer service. To be told 1 item was possibly out of stock and I’d receive a call back to clarify the situation. Less than a hour after this call I got a dispatch email for 2 items. I wanted all 3 or none as they were gifts for sisters. I called again to say I didn’t want them and explained why. I was informed to just send the 2 items back. So I’m literally left out of pocket for postage on items I didn’t want dispatched. If I had received a call back I could have cancelled the order. I now have charged for 2 transactions and 2 items that are of no use.

First of all, I love the style and innovative designs. I've bought a jacket, waistcoat, shirt and boots. The quality and finish are excellent and the sizing charts are also accurate. We've had to use the return service on one occasion and this was easy. So overall, they are my go-to for clothing

I ordered the mens red velvet jacket on Monday and it arrived today, Wednesday. It is absolutley gorgeous and fits me perfectly. It looks a million dollars and i love it. I ordered size 46 and it is a perfect fit.

I ordered two shirts for my son for Christmas and paid express delivery, they didn't arrive - I contacted Joe Brown and they said that they would send them again, and again they haven't arrived. First time ever I have had this problem but then they didn't used to use EVRI - My son now has no Christmas Present. I can't tell you how disappointed I am.

Ordered one item (gift for partner) morning of Saturday 20 Dec and paid for express delivery; payment taken. It's now Christmas Eve and no delivery, no reply to my email, no dispatch details and unable to track. Really poor service and very disappointed.

The original product that I ordered was great. However 3 months later I received a £30 erroneous payment to Joe Browns on my bank account. My bank had to stop my card.
Joe browns continue to try to take the payment. I've emailed them and I've phoned them but their customer service is non existent. No email reply and no answering the phone!!

Parcel was left by delivery evri was left at front door we were not in will not order any more hoe brown as its a worry with delivery if it had been taken

Not happy , sent back a size 48 and requested a size 44 . The service was great except they sent me back a 48 when I requested a 44 .
