Ordered full length coat and waistcoat, wore them for the first time and 2 buttons came off the coat and one off the waistcoat, look good and decent quality but the finishing and QA/QC is non existent, shame.

Order lost somewhere. No communication. Then they send general email with code for free delivery. However another item I was interested in has had its price increased by £4

terrible experience with this company. ordered a dressing gown and matching pajamas for mother's birthday. the dressing gown never turned up and the pajamas was only the bottoms. the bottoms is technically my fault but due the misleading description. however the dressing gown never turned and ive never been notified that it was cancelled and i had refund.

Absolutely appalling customer service, use a black Friday code in e-mail they sent me, doesn't work so contact them about issue, no reply to their web form, send a reminder, phone their customer service line and after long wait for an answer told that the code wasn't for the items purchased though the e-mail didn't say it was on Outlet only items. Spent a significant amount on the order and complete lack of interest. Won't be using them again.

I ordered a burgundy women's military-style jacket. I chose size 18. The jacket fits perfectly. This jacket is truly beautiful. The lining has a floral print, which is very pretty. Delivery to FRANCE was quick, and I received emails informing me of the delivery stages. I am very satisfied with the product I received. I would definitely recommend Joe Browns.

Ordered 12 days ago and my item has not been dispatched yet even though it explicitly stated as being in stock when I ordered.
I have emailed twice and not had a reply from customer service yet.
Absolutely terrible service. Wish I had read the reviews first, always thought this was a good company.

Ordered Waistcoat product J4777A42 Size 42 on 9Th November. No sign of it being delivered so my wife phoned today to check on progress. was told by customer services i wouldnt be receiving it as it was out of stock and wont be getting any more in.
Poor customer service when they dont even bother to tell you order is cancelled. Why advertise goods if you have no intention of fulfilling customers orders?? Poor show. Wont be buying from them again.

This company is great. The designs are unique. It is always very hard to decide what to buy because of the way they are portrayed in the catalogue - vibrant colours with good style and reasonable prices.
ONE BIG PROBLEM that requires some attention is the size range for women which seems to stop at 18. Is there anywhere you cater for size 20+? (My wife would love you dearly) Gentlemen sizes are a good fit, although in shirts I take a size larger. Prefer baggy. Overall a brilliant company.

My girlfriend ordered a pretty substantial order. Most of the stuff she is happy with, a few things to be returned. Unfortunately they use Evri for returns, and living in the Highlands Evri don't believe anywhere beyond Inverness exists. So to return these products to an Evri drop off point involves roughly a 140 mile round trip. For that reason it will be our first and last purchase.

I can't say what the product was like as we haven't received it yet. I ordered a dress for my sister 12 days ago for a family occasion yesterday. I contacted Joe Brown's said it was a courier problem. Sorry they need to find a new courier. First and last time with Jow Brown

I have made a purchase via nectar app to get nectar points. Initially, points were awarded, then Joe Browns informed nectar than I no longer qualify for the points and points were taken away.
When I contacted customer support, initially they tried to say it’s Necar who is responsible for it. When I pointed out that it was them who took it away, they just a took it on board but did noting to resolve the issue. This was disappointing. Why bother adding yourself to nectar and then never award points earned? Sounds like a scam.

I’ve been shopping with Joe Browns for several years now, but I have to say, the quality has noticeably declined while the prices have become increasingly unreasonable. My main frustration is the slow processing time. From placing an order to when it’s finally handed off to the courier. Amazon, for example, an order is dispatched and delivered by the next day, but Joe Browns is simply too slow for today’s market. My most recent purchase, which was in stock, took four days just to leave the warehouse. This will definitely be my last order from a company that used to be pricey but offered great quality. Now it’s even more expensive, but the quality just doesn’t measure up anymore. For instance, I bought a long military coat; while the coat itself was acceptable, the buttons were cheap plastic and poorly attached. Very, very disappointing.

A friend says they are great but my experience bad.

I ordered a shirt from them; horribly ill-fitting. Medium-sized but had a massive waist. Sent it back with their label. They refunded me about 2 weeks late, but didn’t refund the postage charge. So I had to pay to receive the worst-fitting clothing item I have ever received. Won’t be ordering again from them.

I bought the heron striped duvet cover sheets and pillowcase.
Only for the guest bedroom. But very disappointed with the quality, thin flimsy and very difficult to iron.
Will go back yo my Dunelm bedding.

Wanting to review a specific item, but I can't as I don't have a Joe Browns account...

Recently ordered the 'Sensational Mid-Length Military Coat Port (39/41)', which was delivered fine and no issues. However, upon opening the item I saw the buttons were a very cheap feeling plastic material. This is such a shame, as the jacket overall is wonderful, but the lack of quality in the buttons severely lets it down and has made what was supposed to be a wonderful birthday present feel honestly a bit tacky, especially on an over £100 jacket.

Need to investigate more to see if the buttons can be removed and replaced, otherwise this will sadly be a regretted purchase.

Have ordered many things from here but I draw the line at the higher pricing. Who can afford £50.00 for a blouse these days... think I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Ordered on 22nd Sept 8 days ago...confirmation was sent....I have not received my goods.....they ignore emails that I have sent...and one of the emails they tell you to send just gets sent back as unknown...DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY....

The call centre agents are fantastic- calls are answered quickly by real people, the three ladies I have talked to have all been friendly and efficient- even though I’d made a mistake with my online order they sorted it out quickly. Clothes are also brilliant quality, last well & fit nicely.

Great products, great quality and the best customer service

Ordered one of their blazers as it looked really smart on the website where, it was described as sand.

More like wet sludge. The sand they're referring to must be the dark wet stuff left when the tide goes out. Having said that it does fit well, and it's well made. Hence the extra star. Just a shame the reality doesn't match the advertisement.
