I used to order regularly from this company
This clothes i ordered didn't fit. It was quite a big order. I had an email saying it would take up to 10 days to process my return. Today 10 days later I have had an email to say the Return has been processed and now I also have to wait a few days for the credit to go back on my card.
They've charged 4 pounds for the return and are hanging on to my money for the interest.
I wont be using them again. I really dont like being taken the P out of.

As usual great service in the white rose store in Leeds. Popped in today for a browse . With the help of Ahana ( supervisor) I purchased a military style jacket . She helped me with the correct size and nothing was too much trouble.

Fast delivery time and good returns policy. Sizing also good. Fabric not has heavy has expected but ok. Colour said khaki but really a green.
Lack of inside pocket a big disappointment especially on a man's jacket. Good price, but it did differ depending where you searched!

JOEBROWNS CLOTHING ARE Excellent. Delivery agent Evri useless. Co supply tracking no Same number from Evri. Neither works with Evri app. App faulty. Many times experienced. Please change from Evri. I have given bad feedback to Evri. The Evri driver is excellent. Issue is Evri back office software. No day before message of delivery, no on day early morning reminder with 2 hour window. Receive text delivery 2 hour window 10 minutes before actual delivery. If at work no chance to contact neighbour or make alternative arrangements. I live in London with high risk parcels stolen from door. Evri is the only delivery company we have a problem with. I have fed back to Evri.

My experiences with Joe Browns has always been excellent. Their clothes are great quality, often offer a little something refreshingly different and their returns process has always been easy and reliable. Love the fact they give customers 28 days to return items and that returns are free. I’ve had reason to call customer services and the phone was answered promptly and the member of staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The only thing I’ve noticed is that when they advertise on Facebook I’ve found the items advertised often have a delivery date months out (one I saw in May for delivery in Nov(!) which was disappointing so I didn’t order but I’ll always continue to keep an eye on their new stock. Definitely recommend.

Ordered a load of stuff recently for a wedding outfit. Everything came correctly and on time. I had a slight problem (my fault) beforehand and called to sort it out. The member of staff was very helpful and corrected my mistake. When it came to returning some of the items, I was informed when they received the parcel and how long it would be before my refund would be processed. Will definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

I’ve been buying clothes shoes ect for years always loved them . I send some bedding which was in Sale , decided to order it wish I hadn’t !! Material cheap, feels horrible pattern blurred didn’t look like picture at all . So glad didn’t pay full price , not nice or comfortable to sleep on feels slippery very disappointing thought with such a high profile it would be luxury No !!

I have been buying from here for a few years now. No problem. I accidentally sent my french connection stuff to them ( bout 300 pound) I itiasly lady said this happens often and not yo worry they've received it and will locate it. Sent proof they've received parcel. Rung loads snd emailed loads with different explanations the latest being they haven't got it and to contact f c. 1 lady told me the return was a blue tunic(which was the return label) but I'd kept this dress. The latest us sorry they can't help me even though I've got a receipt for returned! Asked for SOP for this and Dawn Bannermsn ( ceos) no to be told no and they deal with complaints! My stuff is somewhere and was definitely received ny them!

Have loved everything I’ve ever bought from Joe Brown’s. Recently sent something back which was so easy through Evri. Just wished there were more outlets!

Ordered a lovely coat and put away for an event only to find a mark on the material. Without any questions, Joe Browns sent another coat express in the post. Fantastic service!

Ordered a dress looked good on the site, when it arrived it was just beautiful. Such lovely quality and lots of embellishment looked as if done by hand. I am a twelve but I know JB comes up a bit small bought a 14 its perfect. Bit pricey? maybe but worth the extra expense for that special occasion. I will be buying from them again for certain.

Ordered birds of paradise dress which arrived within a couple of day so quick delivery.
I've bought J.B. dresses before but this had no room for my bust!. I was squashed and was very disappointed.Size 14 girls have boobs and mine aren't big but the dress had to go back! It seems the sizing might have changed it they've cut down in material.
I have asked them to send the next size.
What a shame.

Great ladies clothes, good for free returns, excellent customer service. thoroughly recommended. To sum up, I am simply delighted with them.

Won't be shopping with them. Returning item was a nightmare. Their systems weren't working to get label. They said they would send me label but didn't. I eventually got one and sent parcel back through just office. They say they never received it and no refund received. Take responsibility for not keeping receiot from post office but no recognition on.their end thst the problem could be on.their end with system.

Previously had some issues with this clothing company regarding a returns issue but after communicating with their customer service team the issue was resolved, with them going above and beyond what was necessary which was a bonus so I would recommend them if your looking to make a purchase.

They are expensive but I have ordered a few items in the sale's over time. I used to love the vintage, retro, punk style of their clothes but recently it seems the women's range is all just floral and chintzy. Difficult to find anything I really like now whereas used to look through their catalogue and want to order half the items. Wish they did more in a size 6 too.

This company is appalling, I have been harassed for months with 10/20 emails per day, I complained to Joe Browns customer service, only to be told they don't have my email, 1st lie because I purchased something from them last year.
Then I get a message from their customer service asking me to send proof of the emails, what a joke, all I wanted them to do was to stop sending me so many emails per day, and blocking them doesn't work.
They weren't even sorry, all about them. AVOID this company completely. Disgusting!!!!!!
And their clothing is a total rip off!!!!!

Bought a lot of clothing from JoeBrowns really pleased with the quality in all items.
Ordered a pair of pink capri pants colour looked washed out my true size is 14 these were like a16+ very poor quality and bit baggy on top of the legs sent item back ordered a dress.

Placed an order for some shoes, arrives on time in perfect condition and absolutely love them, the price was competitive and reasonable.
Very good quality and great choice of colours available.

Ordered two identical tops in different sizes, they were delivered promptly and without any issues. I kept one, sent the other back and got a refund promptly. I’m pleased with the top.
