Calibrate insists you pay and commit to three months before you have even completed and beeen approved. I never met with a doctor nor coach. I never got past the testing phase as they wanted one more test result and My regular doctor decide to proceed with my treatment which was cheaper than calibrate. But Calibrate would not refund my money and continued to charge me for three months. Read fine print folks!

My experience has been outstanding. I am well on my way to my target weight loss and it is largely due to the support and effort given by my coach and the Calibrate team. The information provided in the curriculums has been pivotal to changing what and how my wife and I eat and when. Pair that with the personal support from my coach and the team behind her. Coach Kristina helps me establish realistic and achievable goals for our upcoming sessions. I don't see myself meeting with other coaches. She helps me keep my eye on the big picture while also enjoying the journey.

My insurance required me to join Calibrate in order to receive Zepbound. I was not thrilled at first but I realized it makes me accountable with due dates and biweekly check-ins to see the progress. My coach, Kristina has been so encouraging and supportive during this journey so far. She keeps me motivated with ideas that I don’t always think or realize can help me. It’s definitely worth the time and experience.

Very helpful coaching, very nice people and understanding. Really help you to meet your goals and set goals that are obtainable. I have made a lot of progress physically and mentally in such a short time and I look forward to improving on both even more the longer I am a part of this program. Very happy with the to program schedule and resources as well as the overall help throughout my weight loss journey!

I have struggled with my weight for years. I have tried many diets and would lose 5 pounds gained 10 pounds lose 5 pounds. Nothing seemed to help. A friend told me about Calibrate. I was skeptical, but I gave it a try. It was just the boost I needed to get me over the hump. I have lost 47 pounds in a year. I’m at the lowest weight I’ve been in 25 years but I still have further to go. I would like to give credit to my counselor Britney G for helping me stay on track. When I start to lose motivation, she is there to help me re-energize and get motivated again. I’m looking forward to the possibilities of losing more weight in the coming year. The Calibrate program has been fantastic. Easy to access, use and understand. My coach, Kayla has been great! Easy to talk to, understands my concerns and has helped me excel on the program. I am beyond thrilled with my results and the care that Calibrate and its team has displayed. The curriculum has been easy to understand and read or listen to if I’ve been short on time. The recipes and exercise suggestions are great too!

I began the Calibrate program in September of 2024. I started out at 193 pounds and now, in May of 2025, I am at 144 pounds.
Everything about this program has been wonderfully laid out and easy to use. The educational materials were well presented and taught me new things about how our bodies use food.
The support system has been really good, overall. My counselor, Shannon, has been such a cheerleader for me, encouraging me every step of the way. She inspired me to begin working out with weights which has helped me tremendously.
The support section of the app would be better if questions were answered a little faster. When you do receive an answer, it is always helpful.
I would definitely recommend joining Calibrate, it has made a tremendous difference in my life.

I am so grateful to have found this program. It has been the best way for me to start my weight loss journey. I have tried many diets, plans & exercise routines but they all don’t compare to this amazing program. The coaching sessions every two weeks really helped me stay on top of things. The tracking on the app helped me stay mindful of my goals. My coach Britany was always so supportive and encouraging. She made this a lot easier for me as she could relate to some of my struggles in the beginning. Staying consistent is key and this program has helped me achieve that. The 10% guarantee in a year I passed by losing 16% of my starting weight. I am thankful for Calibrate & all of the team was helpful along the way!

My coach is so great. She keeps me on track and motivated. I have been working out 5 days a week consistently for 6 months and that has never been the case in my life.

This program has been an absolute lifesaver for me. From the doctors to the nurses and especially to my coach who has been so supportive and encouraging, which is something I’ve never had before. She’s made me realize that I don’t put me first nothing else will work. The curriculum has been eye-opening and so very helpful in this continued journey I’m on. I can’t say enough positive things about this program or what this program means and has done for me. I actually have some self-esteem back and look forward to my continued journey with calibrate and my coach, Kayla.

Thos was my last message to Calibrate after many months of failed service and guidance.. The customer support is never available. You call and it’s says “We will try to help…” nobody ever answers or returns any calls. The text support through the app is worse than any bot chat and no one guides you through the steps. The only thing that is decent was a real one on one zoom call with a health coach for 15 minutes every other week. The issue is that once the introduction is made by the third session there isn’t much more to talk about. This is a joke. What am I supposed to do? No one has reached out to me. I’ve done my labs. I’ve had almost six months of coaching sessions, yet no further contact with anyone. This has been 100 percent self guided and no clue what or why I need this. I started with going to my personal physician who prescribed me Zepbound. My pharmacist said the insurance company had notes to contact Calibrate. What does this company have to do with me getting my prescription and why am I not getting the medication that I need? I’m frustrated and with no guidance from Calibrate this is an absolute nightmare.

Coach Jai is hands down the best coach! He is very personable and makes you feel valued. Jai keeps me on track and is very encouraging, gives great recommendations, and answers all my questions - and I tend to have a lot! I always look forward to our visits!

The program is well structured and informative about lifestyle changes in regards to food and exercise. The coaches are very supportive and helpful. They are not judgmental which would be a deal breaker for me. The help you set achievable and celebrate your successes.

The support I have received this last year has made this journey so much more enjoyable and easier.

This program has been great. The coaching experience has helped me set realistic goals and provided guidance and support. My coach created personalized plans based on my needs.

This program, did not feel like a diet regiment at all. I was skeptical at the onset of the program, I have been heavy my entire life, and have tried diet after diet. When this program was offered through my employer, I figured I would give it a chance. I had entered my mid 50’s, and menopause, and the diets I had been using before this program were not keeping my weight at a manageable number. I had become the heaviest I had ever been.
Actually, I thought this was going to be the easy way. This program offered very informative information, and the changes that I had to make, were in no way drastic. I have never once felt deprived of any food. I still eat anything I choose, except now I don’t want or need big portions. I have started listening to my body, when I take that bite, and my brain says enough, I am finished.
When eating out, i now always take half my meal home for later, lol. I was not forced in any way, to start exercising excessively, the only thing suggested was moving an extra 15 minutes, about 3 times per week. I set my own goals, from the start, and if I felt more time was needed, I took it.
The counselors never preached or berated me, in fact they were my biggest cheerleader! I was always able to contact support with any problems or questions, and responses were received quite quickly.
I have now reached my one year mark, my starting weight was 230 pounds, and I set my goal for a 50 pound weight loss. I am now down to 195, and have readjusted my goal. I want to get down to 150 pounds. This program has helped me to readjust my way of thinking concerning food and exercise. I am happy, healthy, and full of energy. The habits I have developed through this program are very easy to maintain and I am so happy I took the chance.
We all deserve to be happy, healthy and confident in our lives. This program is well worth the effort!! I highly recommend.
