First class service with purchasing a made to measure mattress from Jonic,
Very helpful, the mattress fits perfect, it’s very comfortable, the quality is amazing.
The delivery team were very helpful, and the mattress was very well protected with packaging.

Bought an island mattress protector and fitted sheet to fit our Elddis Avante caravan. Decided to go for the 100% cotton protector and it’s fab, with a quilted layer. It’s certainly thicker than the mattress protector on my bed at home! Products have washed well and fit perfectly. Charlotte and Alison answered my email queries quickly and efficiently and both were very friendly. Delivery was quicker than expected. Delighted to have found Jonic and highly recommend.

I bought a shaped, fitted sheet for our caravan bed. It’s the third I’ve bought; one for under the mattress, one as a sheet and one spare. They fit well and I know they wash easily. The parcel was delivered quickly and the sheet came in a useful bag. I even received a gift of a large storage bag. Thank you very much.

As they didn't have our motorhome bed template available, Charlotte suggested we drop in (10 minutes from M6) and have our island bed measured. We did this during a trip and it was a quick and easy process. Very happy with Jonic's quick production and ability to arrange a delivery window for after our trip. The bedding and mattress topper are a great fit and we are very pleased with them.

Have a double bed with fitted bolster so difficult to get sheets to stay on until now Wow my husband found Jonic on the web we called them and told them our caravan model and year and ordered two double base fitted sheets, (yes they fit the attached bolster and it doesn’t move) two sets of pillows cases, two king size duvet covers & one king size duvet from Jonic, fantastic quality and easy to fit, I did notice the instruction of “our labels go to head of bed” great tip, I will definitely be ordering for home too, so comfortable we got a king size over our double base in caravan as we have our little dog who tends to lay in the middle so didn’t have any covers but not now best night sleep ever even with our furry friend thanks so much all Jonic team really impressed great helpful staff, delivered when they said, nothing too much trouble

Having purchased our first campervan in lockdown we started looking for a company to a supply mattress topper to add a bit of comfort.
We came across Jonic on the internet and ordered a made to measure topper. The communication from start to finish was excellent. It made a refreshing change to deal with real people rather than relying on the internet. The mattress topper arrived and we were that impressed with the quality we ordered a made to measure duvet and a set of bedding to go with it. All excellent quality. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

We recently changed our caravan to an island bed and in doing so needed to get some new bedding, we were recommended to Jonic by our Caravan dealer and we must say that the process was very easy to complete just enter the caravan details manufacture, model, year and they did the rest, within a few day all packaged and delivered and on the bed ready to go. The process was easy, and Jonic emailed each day with an update and once dispached they sent a tracking number. We must also say how impressed we were with their delivery partner DHL who again emailed and text with the delivery date and estimated time. Jonic followed up a few days later to make sure that we were happy with our purchase and to wish us well. Overall we have been extremely happy and would recommend Jonic to anyone purchasing new caravan bedding.

Bought a topper fitted sheet and protector. All fit really well on our bed.
However, it's just an observation, where the fitted sheet fits around the sides of the bed it could do with having an extra couple of inches of material added to the sides to ensure the fitted sheets fits under snuggly/properly.

Second motorhome mattress topper we've bought from Jonic.. Absolutely fantastic company to order from so knowledgeable on sizes for individual motorhome layouts.. Great price for the product and delivered by DHL within the 7 days and communication all the way along from both Jonic & DHL.. Oh and the product is so comfortable and had best night sleep since we bought our van.. Highly recommend

I needed help to select the correct product and the customer service was awesome. We got our custom made fitted sheet in record time so we had it in time for our holiday. The sheet fits really well and we are so pleased with the quality. We would definitely use these guys again.
