I was put in contact with Jordan Lynch by my pension adviser as our current mortgage deal was coming to an end.

I was thoroughly impressed by the care and attention I received from all the team at Jordan Lynch, with particular thanks to Paul and Callum. My request was not straight forward but they were able to find a cost effective solution for a BTL remortgage. At every stage I felt that the team I was working with knew the market inside out and were thinking of how to get me the best deal possible.

As a first time buyer it was very daunting trying to navigate buying a property and finding the best mortgage, however Claire really helped to answer all my questions and take time to make sure I knew exactly what was happening at all stages of the process. She was able to find myself and my partner a great mortgage even with issues regarding a property falling through and moving to a different city. Couldn’t recommend them enough and I will 100% be returning for any advice required in the future.

I was referred to Rebecca and she was brilliant. Responsive, answered all my questions (even when she was about to go on holiday) and made sure her colleagues Shaun and Gus were able to help when she was away (both were also very helpful). Everyone was really professional. I had a couple of failed attempts at buying a property so Rebecca had to do a bit of work each time I made an offer to rework the numbers etc but she did it all really quickly so I knew what the monthly payments would be. I’m delighted to have had an offer for a property accepted so all Rebecca’s hard work is at an end. Even after I received the mortgage offer when rates reduced Rebecca got me a better deal.
