Very very bad T&C policy and not able to help customer refund.
customer service bot told me to wait for their team to review the wrong transaction ID and help me rectify to the correct account and in the end, i wait for 5 hours just for the agent to tell me that nothing can b done and i should "be more careful" next time when i just spent 57 dollars for nothing. this shit is srsly ridiculous like what the actual bloody kind of shit T&C is this. Dont come telling me that ur T&C stated this and that when a customer tells u that a transaction is wrong and u tell them nothing can b done when i was specifically told to wait for them to rectify my mistakes even after providing transaction ID, payment ID and screenshots, correct UID for wuthering waves account as well.

So I ordered micro transactions individually, 2 - weekly pass, 1 - 50 diamond pack. I checked my Mlbb account and there was no sign or changes of my products being received.
