Paid for 279 Diamonds, but My Recharge Progress Is Still Incomplete
I paid ₱285.07 for 279 Mobile Legends diamonds through Joytify, and my GCash payment was successful. However, my account only shows 229 diamonds, and my Aspirants Unite Premium Supply event shows only 203/250 diamonds recharged, excluding bonus diamonds.
My transaction is marked as PAID, but I'm concerned that I haven't received the full amount I paid for. I hope Joytify investigates this issue and provides a proper explanation or resolution.
