Excellent service from Danny at the Leeds branch, he handled a warranty issue on my sat nav quickly & politely, replacement item was sent out on a next day courier service. Very happy customer here. 👍

I've been shopping with J&S in store and online for a few years now, service and product range is always excellent. Just replaced my touring jacket and as always the service was spot on, so much so I ended up walking out with a new helmet as well!

Had the pleasure of visiting the store in Doncaster. Has everything you need biking related, no pressure to buy anything just excellent advice. Tried on a few pairs of jeans and lightweight jacket for summer but unfortunately didnt have my size but got it all ordered online and came the very next day. Ended up buying a new helmet amd couldn't be happier with the advice and help I had getting the perfect fit. My mate ended up buying new jacket and a helmet as well and also had top notch advice on what to get. I get all my biking stuff from here but had only bought online so wanted to go to the actual shop. Highly recommend paying a visit. Got an excellent little cafe as well just outside, the smell of coffee and bacon sandwiches is a warm welcome. Highly recommend the cafe as well. Excellent all round.

I have been visiting J&S Hamilton for over 20 years, so why go back? Fantastic friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Their products are varied, great value for money and if you have an issue, they go out their way to help. I can not fault them, over the years have I ever visited and felt out of place or under valued as a customer, NO. They also do not and have never with me, attempted to up sell. Have they given, good quality advice, plus options and I have bought a move expensive item, YES. But it through discussions options, advice and then letting you make the choice.

If you are new to riding, this is the place to visit, if you are old and worn out like me, it's still the place to go for good quality, safe gear and equipment, which is always value for money.

Visited Braintree store today for a new helmet and the service and patience from Gavin was outstanding. Highly recommend a visit if you’re looking for any motorcycle equipment and especially for helmet fitting. Very pleased thank you.

The worst store I have ever visited, they are unwilling and especially when making a complaint they make you look like a fool, they lie to your face and if you have a 2 year warranty they say you only have a year to make a complaint I will bring it up that it is good and it is not but they say there is nothing wrong with it to discourage you if you can you have it repaired yourself do not buy from this store a better store is sportbikeshop if I had known it sooner I would never go to j&s to shop there do you have a warranty and when can you return the goods within one year

The staff were very warm and welcoming towards all customers. Phoebe was extremely kind, funny and helpful member of staff that shared all of the correct knowledge to help me find the gear that suited me the best. Overall my experience was amazing and I would highly recommend this company to many others.

The level of customer service at this local store is brilliant. I can't imagine going anywhere else for my motorcycle clothing and accessories. A big "well done" to everyone including the management for employing such thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional individuals.

I just wanted to say thank you to the Birmingham store, I had a problem with some heated grips I purchased from them last year, It was a manufacturers fault and nothing the store had done wrong, however the staff at Birmingham were massively helpful and got the issue resolved immediately, whilst I was there it gave me chance to have a browse around and see the huge choice of merchandise they keep, great prices and very obliging staff.

I wanted to give my business to a bricks and mortar shop as they’re getting fewer as online dominates. The ability to try on boots etc., is important and I prefer it to the back and forth of online ordering (and just like to buy in person when I can, plus it supports local employers even if it’s a little more expensive). So, I tried on a pair of Daytona Roadstar Pros but they were slightly large and they did not have the smaller size in stock. No problem they said, we’ll get them in from another of our stores. Well that was 6 weeks ago. Three chases later, one of which was in person, and not a single call back to me, basically they’ve never turned up and no one seems to care. The staff in the branch are friendly but don’t follow up. Ah well, back to shopping online I guess. What a shame…

Purchased a pair of Richa race boots recently which were ordered on Thursday evening and delivered on Saturday afternoon. The boots fit well, look good and service was as good as ever. Thanks J & S , I’ll certainly use you again.

I am basing this rating on the experience I had with Tony in the St Albans store. He took his time, was extremely helpful and friendly and ensured I had everything I needed. He gave good advice and helped me to decide on what was best for safety and comfort. My experience of Tony was very different to another staff member who told me to look for things myself, what was there was all they had and continued to do whatever he was doing as I was a clear imposition to his day. So my advice is to find Tony.

Went to J&S in Cardiff today with a friend and we are both first time riders getting our gear ready for our CBT, we walked in thinking we new what we were getting but after speaking to Nic he explained each item of clothing and the needs and requirements and then spent the best part of 4hrs back and forth helping us each step of the way from helmets to jackets and so on. His knowledge was impeccable, his patience was amazing, and he just made the experience so much easier and smoother and we both left with all the right gear we needed. He is just a class guy, had a laugh at the same time and even made sure he knew our names to make the experience more personable. Couldn’t recommend J&S anymore if I tried and hats off on hiring Nic what a guy. Will deffo be back

Every member of staff are extremely helpful and friendly, full of excellent advice and nothing feels too much bother for them, as I'm new to the scene, they gave me precious time and confidence!
