I purchased a FlipGo external monitor 6 months ago. One of the 2 screens went black, so I reached JSAUX for a guarantee claim. Ashley from JSAUX was great when immediately took my claim and served me with the means to return the equipment and eventually provided me with a new equipment honoring the guarantee in a very smooth process. Replacement of Flipgo Portable Dual Monitor
Bought the Flipgo portable dual monitor which fits my working style. Unfortunately it stopped working a few months later. I am in Thailand and JSAUX does not have a service center yet. Thanks to their excellent after sales service. They walked me through the return process and resend a working unit to me. It was a smooth experience supported by a very understanding service team. Hope JSAUX will have more presence in Thailand soon.

JSAUX stands behind their products! I have been buying their long cables for my iPhone and iPad for a few years and I have been very happy with them. On my recent purchase one of the cables was not working and I contacted them directly. They got back to me within 24 hrs and replaced my cable at no charge which I received a few days after my initial correspondence with them. I would recommend their products and their company highly to anyone who is interested on purchasing their products.

I got my bundle during the year end sale. It's the first time I've ever owned a jsaux product, and I was really excited.
I love the anti glare screen protector for my Ally X Xbox. Easy to install, very beautiful on the screen. I was given a complementary screen protector when I bought my device, when switching out that screen protector with the jsaux version, there is an undeniable difference. I did get a tiny bubble pocket at a small spot at the side, but still 10/10.
The Carrying Case for Handheld Consoles is much bigger than I expected, which can feel bulky. But it fits everything I need perfectly and compactly. Plus points for the hard shell, though I did think it it could be sturdier (comparison to the hard case for my switch) May be better to get a console-specific hard case if you want to have the console fit prefectly (no movement in the case once closed) 8/10
Finally I accidentally bought the wrong model for the ModCase, which is devastating since I was looking forward to the ModCase. However, customer support was extremely helpful, and very transparent regarding the refund. Ashley adviced me about the cost of the shipping (as I am not in the US), and went above and beyond to help partially refund the cost of the product (again, greatly appreciated as the currency exchange made the mistake painful). 11/10, really appreciate the support crew!

Amazing Team
Objects break down, you can’t avoid that it’s their nature. What makes a difference is the human factor. How that unpleasant event is handled in order to make you feel understood, not alone, well supported. At JSAUX the customer care team masters that concept, they are simply outstanding. My monitor broke down and I sent it to their laboratory for repair, since the shipment came from overseas, custom in Europe found some wrongdoing in the process and rejected the parcel (not JSAUX fault of course) the constant update on the situation from the customer car team especially Miss. Ashley, was unbelievable, not a single moment I felt alone or not supported. I was always kept informed about every news on my shipment. In this way we could work together in the best way possible in order mitigate the problem. Now a new monitor is on its way to me and can’t wait to have it. Great product, great Company, great team. Thank you Ashley, you should be proud of yourself. Very good job.

Overall very solid Switch accesories
I have purchased the protective case for Switch 2, antiglare screenprotector, JoyCon charging grip, and the 3in1 dock adapter. The case fits the Switch 2 perfectly and fits much more comfortable into my hands. It can make noises if gripped strongly and has raise the weight of the whole device. Still much better gaming experience and it does still fit the original switch dock. The screen protector fits precisely and does reduce glare quite well. the 3in1 adapter did not output any image at first but it was fixed by firmware update (thumbs up for great customer support). Not it is fully functional and much easier to take with me when I travel than the original dock. Overall satisfied with my purchases.
Great Steam Deck case and responsive support
I bought a Steam Deck case, which was quite affordable but of high quality. The stand it came with gave out after a few months, but the JSAUX team provided me with a new one free of charge.

Excellent Customer Service
I purchases a modular hardcase for my Steamdeck from JSAUX via Amazon; unfortunately the kick stand module pin snapped and meant that I wasn't able to use this feature. I decided to contact customer service directly just to enquire if a replacement module was sold and how I might go about getting a replacement. I wasn't expecting much truth be told but I was really impressed by the customer service. They asked me to provide the order number and a picture, which I felt was reasonable after that it was really smooth sailing. The agreed to post my out a replacement module, customer service with quick to respond and communication was very clear. I was honestly very impressed and that is not something I say often. Would absolutely recommend the company for the customer service alone.

I bought their All-in-One Carrying Case for the Switch 2 a couple weeks ago, and it's really great! It's sturdy and it has a lot of compartments to put all your equipments! Probably the best All-in-One case out there for the Switch 2 so far. Furthermore, The customer service went all out and made an exception to give me a free replacement for the EVA foams that came with the case and which I unfortunately lost. I really wasn't expecting it, but I was pleased and touched by this extra favour! All in all, 10/10 service and products! Looking forward to check out their other products and future products they will bring!
