A very personable service from the team, that saw thru a, not so easy, transaction due to an overseas Freeholder.

Judge & Priestley were recommended to me by a friend. Brooke Stevens from the Sidcup office dealt with my sale very efficiently. I could always contact them either by email or phone, and they were consistently pleasant and reassuring to deal with. I would use them again and I'm very happy to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

Kept me up to date, answered queries, responded to emails and made my legal process easier. I felt I could ask any questions and given advice of process step by step. Also reception answers phone quickly and thanks to them I never felt overwhelmed with waiting.

Dealt with motor accident claim. Almost no feedback from them. Seemed to have lost track of where they were in the process. I would avoid this firm.

Pam is a very pleasant person. Was amenable to suggestion of agreeing costs compared to other solicitors in area. It helped we were able to drop off forms/meet with her as office is close to our residences. Despite time taken to sell property,she was patient, undestanding & helpful.

It was one of the worst solicitors' experiences we have had. First, it is impossible to get through to anyone, as calls are not answered, and nobody will call back when a message is left. You will be treated with content and disrespect, and the assumption will be that you are a criminal. There is no compassion or empathy; I am sure the focus is greed and collecting fees—a complete lack of customer service. My wife has been traumatised by the awful interaction with this solicitor - avoid at all costs.

The staff were extremely professional, knowledgeable and above all, personable. Caroline Crocker and Jessica Philpot were quite simply the best!

The letters written by this company do not respond to the letters sent but jump to the incorrect conclusion. Most unprofessional.

Had a letter saying for a claim against the third party in a car accident I was involved in. It included a court claim form. I phoned to ask for some details and was met with attitude by the woman I spoke to which doesn’t ease my fears this is a scam. Very unprofessional from the receptionist to the woman called a ‘fee earner’.

Simple processes, easy to communicate with, clear contacts, kept me up to date. Overall an excellent experience at a competitive price so thank you Elizabeth, Tracey and team. Great job.
