We were very happy with the whole experience of dealing with Julian Brand Heating Ltd. We generally don't like dealing with problems related to property repairs but Danny and his team made us feel confident and they did a first class job in all respects. Many thanks to Carl and Jack.

We had fantastic service from Julian Bland Ltd. The whole process was easy from start to finish.

Danny Bland (the owner) was knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted and gave a good quote.

Carl and Jack arrived on time, completed the fitting of the new boiler and pipe work to a high standard, and were clean and tidy leaving no mess. They also gave clear instructions on how to use the boiler and thermostat.

The new boiler is excellent. I will certainly use Julian Bland Ltd again and would highly recommend them to other people.

As always, we are very happy with Julian Bland Ltd and wouldn't use anyone else. They initially installed our gas boiler and service it annually.

Last time we used this company was over 2 years ago. It is very pleasing to say that their standards, efficiency and courtesy for customers has not changed. We had a recent boiler service work done and were also asked at the time if we had any other problems. This was not only helpful but also an indication of the level of service this company offers. Well done 👏 will be using them again no question.🙂

Great communication before and during the job, no mess and a 1st rate job completed quickly.

They were avaiable to come out quickly, diagonsed on the first visit and fixed when they returned with parts, even going off to get some extra parts and fixing the same day.

Cannot recommend them highly enough. From Dan coming out to price the job to the excellent installation by Richard. They certainly went above and beyond what I could have reasonably expected eg. Richard coming out on a Sunday afternoon to finish the job prior to carpet installation the next day.

The engineer "Daz" was exceptional very knowledgeable and diligent, the work transpired to be considerably more than first thought, Daz even gave up his planned afternoon off to get the job finished which was much appreciated. Boiler and heating system service, replacement of a pressure valve and relocating two radiators. From start to finish this was a great experience, the communication from Danny literally being able to track the named engineer right to my door was exceptional service. This is backed up by good quality workmanship with a nothing to much trouble approach to the task being performed. I can understand why JulianBlandHeating only have 5 star reviews...Highly recommended.

Richard was fantastic! Did a great job fitting our new boiler and also helped do a quick fix of a small issue we had with our toilet! We have a 4 month old and Richard was so mindful of her when he was working without us even mentioning it! Would use them over and over again when needed, 5 star!

Superb service from initial contact to job completion - highly recommended

Company is very responsive, professional and reasonably priced. Simple on line booking site is excellent, the engineers are always polite and professional.

We contacted Danny during December as our oil boiler needed replacing. The service was fantastic, easy to deal with, professional and most of all very quick to respond no matter what questions we had. Boiler fitted quicker than we expected given the time of year with no issues. Extremely happy with the service from start to finish and would highly recommend.

Very reliable, efficient, professional and friendly.
The plumber sorted out a leak to a sink in the ensuite bathroom and replaced the plug with a better design than what the builders had used. Will definitely use J Bland again - many thanks. Vicky Holmes Chapel
