Disappointed that the product did not include pillow cases

First time buying from this company. Have to say the best bedding I have purchased. Quality straight out of the packet without need for ironing. Bought the duvet cover 2 pairs each colour of pillowcases. The matching square and oblong pillows and the throw. Slightly silvery blue rather than dark blue but love it.

Very poor quality products, thin and useless for the winter. Bedeck and Christy have much better quality products and when they have a sale on the price are much the same, if not better, than Julian Charles.

Quick delivery. Bedding is as described . Very pleased with goods. I already have Julian Charles duvet covers bought from Lancashire before we moved to Scotland. Always wash great.Quality shows.

The delivery company kept me informed at all times and the product arrived within the time frame given by the company. The delivery driver was polite and friendly and respected my property.

arrived,creased ,and black mark on top (small),but noticeable, creases will not iron out ,I have many Julian Charles bed sets, mostly doubled up ,different colours, a I loved the quality, and look, unfortunately this set doesn't come anywhere close ,my purchases were all made at your outlet ,Busy bee Ryde, IOWight,even in their sales,I never saw anything as shabby ,as this fabric ,I'm too old to send it back ,but won't even use it in my spare room ,I am sad to write this ,but am so dissopointed, it does Julian Charles ,a great dis service

Not the quickest delivery. Ordered 2 different cushions to judge the quality. Now the one I want to order a second of is out of stock.
One of the cushions looks and feels more like an outdoor rather than cosy indoors cushion.
Cost too much to return.

I ordered curtains and bedding to maych ordering was simple items came within a few days and i was kept informed of progress of delivery times the material of both is a little thinner than i was expecting

The buttons were missing from my duvet cover and I ready had opened, when I emailed you I didn’t get response. I really love your bedwear so this is disappointing
