Buy at your own risk
Buy at your own risk my order is still missing for the past 2 weeks . They don't reply emails on time , no customer service number. I had to contact the bank to reimburse my money and now they are fighting to get it back from my bank .Poor customer service with no apology. They use Evri couriers , i lost both my tie backs and my refund , will never buy anything from Julian Charles again. Switch to Dunelms best quality and excellent customer service.

Ordered curtains which were described as cream but on receipt of the item they were beige/natural which did not conform with the details on the website. These curtains did not match the quilt cover previously purchased from you and therefore item has been returned.

Not as good as the one I had a few years ago it said it was for a double bed but you see a lot of the base,where the one I had before was perfect

Duvet covers were perfect ,but curtains…
Duvet covers were perfect ,but curtains not the best have a pulled thread in one ,but couldn't return as didn't have package & edges not very straight ,also was 66x72
But 65x72 came but fine
