Great quality product.
Very impressed with the monitor stand I received.
The packaging was also very impressive. The stand was packaged inside a made to size wooden box that was then put inside a cardboard box.
Overall very impressed. I would highly recommend.

Happy with my oak/walnut Solid Wood Monitor Stand - it's excellent value for nicely finished wood with a very pleasant knot-free surface, and good tolerances on the drawer parts. The packaging was exceptionally good, with an entire rigid MDF travel frame and tight cardboard packing ensuring that it arrived with out any blemishes to the surface.

The wait to receive the stand was LONG! I ordered on 1st March, sent follow-up emails on 10th March and 24 March, and the stand was delivered on 1 April. It's obviously a bespoke-built item, which makes it a very good value proposition, but the understandable trade-off is the extended delivery time. It's worth the wait though but don't be surprised if you don't hear much from the company beyond the automated order confirmation and dispatch/ready emails.

Took a long time to get here with no communication from them. Had to contact to find out what was going on, only then I realised it was hand made and took 14 business days, which I understand.
However, that was the only contact I had. No updates, shipping or delivery info. A massive box was left outside my house one day when I had no idea it was coming. No text/email etc. thankfully it wasn’t stolen. The item was well packed but so hard to get into, and for some reason came in a giant wooden box which I now have to dispose of somehow.

The product is ok, not as nice as I thought it looked on the website.

Took a little while to prep and send our order and we can see why. Lovely handmade product, finish was immaculate. It was so well packaged too.

The most important thing to say is that the monitor stand is good quality, nice wood top and I’m very happy with it.
Just don’t be surprised that there’ll be 3 weeks silence between placing the order and hearing that it’s ready.

It was well packaged to avoid damage in the delivery… top marks there.

Order and you won’t regret it. Just expect a few weeks before you get it.

Love my monitor stand! Great quality, and works really well with my desk. Only thing I would say, was the delivery time was a little longer than expected and the tracking number wasn't immediately provided. But I think worth the wait :)

The wood monitor stand is beautifully made - I chose the model with a sliding drawer which is very useful for all those irritating desk bits that fly around. Took about three weeks but arrived in a well built crate.

Great Product, same as what's advertised. Responsive support. But delivery time could be improved; It was slow.

Fantastic desk shelf, perfect craftsmanship. Aside from that, the communication was excellent as they always kept me up to date and answers my questions promptly. Delivery was super quick. Very happy overall.

Excellent customer service and the item is fantastic! All I needed to finish off my workplace. This item is beautifully designed and very good build quality! Lovely well made product. Good quality. I like the ability to customise and select from various finishes. It was very well packed and they use a framework box to protect it whilst in transit. This packing box will come in useful as well!

Just recived my two monitor stands yesterday and I have to say that they are really nice and the build quality is very good.

They came packed in a small wooden transport box that itself had a higher quality than some furniture products you can buy.

I am really satisfied. The whole order process incl. delivery took about three weeks but due to christmas and new year holidays I was kind of expecting this and it was not a big deal for me.
