Terrible TV!! I’ve had it 3 years and I’m done with it. Have to restart it constantly, it’s extremely slow with Wi-fi and the remote control is rubbish. There is no way to toggle between two different channels. ON TOP OF THIS, you cannot mount this TV on the walk in spite of it being built in 2022. What a scam.

My tv broke while I was trying to connect it to an ethernet cable. It was impossible to find the connecting hole unless I lifted the tv. It was on a table. I was sitting next to it. It slipped away, partly on my thigh, then to the floor. I take full responsibility for the accident. However, it was a small fall and I didn't expect it to break so easily, like chinaware.

The worst, crappiest, useless tv set I ever had in my life.
Slow, need to be resetting every day twice,
I’m not even resell it, I’m just throw in the bin and I’m buying a Samsung !

JVC LT 43CR TV, ok except the sound is terrible, Only pre set options, which all sound similar

I was gifted a pair of JVC HA-B5T wireless earbuds which developed a fault. Contacted JVC as I didn't have a receipt but gave details of serial number etc, only to be answered with a very unhelpful message conceding that it was a fault but nothing they can do as I need to take it up with the retailer (which of course I can't having no receipt). I appealed stating it was a recent gift but again they stood firm being completely unhelpful, closing the ticket abruptly.

My display screen is half decent, no complaints.

It’s about as smart as forest gump crashing into happy Gilmore and then a train hits them!

Is it possible to take them to court even internationally? Are the headquarters in Tokyo or the United States? I suppose that is a pipe dream. my last TV broke and because of income issues I went for this again God knows why they fail at every hurdle. The TV goes off it takes you to the wrong channel. It goes blank. It goes on the wrong picture. The list is endless. Surely there must be some compensation to customers. Personally I’d like to see the whole effing company collapse.

Slow - constantly freezes during streaming - frequently turns itself off. No way to remove Apps and re-install.
JVC won't answer any queries as they say they made the TV for Curry's (despite the fact that the JVC logo is on the TV and flashes up when you switch it on). Awful TV and even worse customer service. I will never, ever buy anything from this company again.

Rubbish TV. Hardly ever works.
Have to constantly turn the TV on and off again.
Sometimes the apps don't work no matter what we try.
Freezes often.

TV is 50/50 adverts. Nice youtube button takes you to the net where ADVERTS WILL BE SHOVED DOWN YOUR NECK EVERY MINUTE OR TWO. Theres no way of stopping them. No word of a lie, advertising served up every 90 seconds. It’s almost all ads. I now watch the net with an adblocker on a laptop now. Tv feckin useless. Doesn’t work with an extra hard drive too. CRAP

Bought this as I thought it would work with everything else run by Alexa , every time you turn it off it loses all the channels so needs to be retuned , most of the TV guide says programme unavailable , yes I have cleared the cache , yes I have synced the TV to live TV still nothing works , it's going in the bin , waste of money , Welcome back Samsung, Curry's you need to sort this awful brand out as you own JVC

Doesn’t even deserve 1* they’re scam artists. Making TVs that break just out of warrenty to FORCE you to buy another. This is the 4th tv in the last 3 years from jvc and each and everytime they’re stopped working they’ve been 6 months out of warrenty. ABSOLUTE SCUM OF THE EARTH. oh not to mention the extortion attempts& blatant fraud. Multiple people complaining that they sent TVs off for repairs and they never came back. Dirty scummy company. OH AND THEYVE BEEN BOUGHT OUT BY CURRYS TOO. CURRYS OWNS JVC.

Absolute rubbish tv

Bought a JVC android TV. Tuned the TV in and everything working fine. Turned TV off. Turned TV back on and lost a lot of the channels. Happened every time TV was turned off. Took the TV back after a couple of days and got a full refund.

This is the worst TV I have ever owned.
It struggles to even turn on sometimes. Basic functions like watching TV and turning over channels is slow and most of the time it just goes blank until I turn it off at the wall because the remote does nothing. Not to mention trying to run apps like netflix and Amazon. Sometimes we just end up turning it off and watch the one in the bedroom.
It's just frustrating.
