OMG my JVC 32 inch tv for my bedroom is the worst tv I have ever brought like ever, it is quite poor when it decides it wants to work, it only connects to the internet when it feels like it and once every month or so I have to factory reset the thing just to get it working… I will throw it out of the window soon and laugh as it hits the floor in pieces, JVC customer service lol what a joke, I hate the thing so badly I wouldn’t even give to away…PURE CRAP!

Not my choice at all, but it was part of a commercial build package to install in our waiting room.
It is painfully slow, android seems a step too far for the processing power of this TV, and a recent android TV update has caused it to become unresponsive if on standby for more than 24 hours.
I raised this with JVC but they say if it was supplied by someone else and not them they are not liable for technical support. I argued as the manufacturer they are. The Warehouse can't advise me on android updates, cos they don't release them. But JVC insist they aren't.
I have stated that as JVC tested and released the update, logically, they are the only responsible party, and therefore only ones qualified to answer the question "how to roll back or what setting can resolve this issue" and still they dodge the question and say not responsible.
Never again, JVC are a budget brand and shall remain a budget brand with their attitude.

We have a 58" jvc tv 3 years old in November 24. All you see is lines in the screen complete rubbish don't buy jvc.

Watching anything on a JVC tv is ruined as soon as the picture turns dark/black - where there should be a light gradient, it shows as pixels - this isn’t on just TV, this is on menus as well!

This JVC brand is nonsense for real I bought this tv 3 weeks ago , the quality is bad , it’s slow , some times it doesn’t connect to internet .. is there a way of returning it or something.. guys something must be done we can’t be wasting money like this.. so disappointed

Imagine buying a smart tv that you have to unplug from the wall EVERYDAY just to reboot it. Worst product ever, I can’t wait to get rid of it

Where do I start, slow and randomly opens apps, takes ages to boot up, can't switch it off with remote first attempt, would necet buy jvc TV agsin, not a lot of storage also another issue as it can't automatically update even though I have very little apps on it, just not a good TV in my opinion.

Agree with the other reviews of their smart TV - absolute crap, unresponsive to remote control, generally slow and annoying and lacking UI features. After a couple of years it's broken (displays extraneous lines all over screen), and we're glad because now we can justify buying a better brand!

We owned 2 jvc tvs which were in the bedrooms, different sizes and models. The first one lasted 4 yrs before the sound went and the 2nd one has only lasted 3 yrs and the screen is black. Will never buy this brand again, both tvs have ended up in the skip

This is the worst television I have ever brought. Do yourself a favour and do your research and buy another brand. It’s a piece of crap. Contact jvc with no reply.

Would give no stars if we could. Basically everything that is wrong with it is what everyone else has said in their reviews. Waste of money, worst TV we have ever owned. Just aload of crap considering it's meant to be a 2024 android smart TV!

‘Smart’ TV which is anything but smart! Difficult to navigate anything , can’t watch most stuff , only occasionally connects and hardly ever responds to the remote.

I’ve had this tv around a year. Never worked properly at the start , sent back but they said it worked fine. Ever since still doesn’t work properly.

Will have to buy another TV. JVC? Never again!!

Stay away from any JVC tv from Currys - had mine less than 2yrs and about to throw it away as horizontal lines scream across the tv.
The tv is frequently difficult to turn on, only way is to turn it off at the wall and restart everything, this is a daily experience.
Remote contstantly doesnt turn on tv, and tv has habit of turning itself into standbye mode - what a complete waste of money. Stay away from any JVC tv.

If I could give no stars then I would, bought my JVC TV less than one year ago from Curry’s, it was fine being connected via hdmi to satellite but once I tried to use the apps on the “smart” tv everything went left!
Cannot factory reset, does not respond to remote, random message asking for PIN to access the tv (what?), cuts out whenever it wants, doesn’t respond to volume; as for the Google dot built in that’s useless to; cannot switch on or off with the remote, what a waste of money!

Terrible TV. Only had mine 5 days when it goes into stand by mode after 5 minutes. Am taking it back today to Curry’s for a refund !!!!

Casque acheté à l'aéroport CDG il y a à peine1 an. . Son moyen . La qualité des materiaux des écouteurs laissent à désirer. En effet, ils s'effritent et c'est très désagréable au risque d'avoir des morceaux dans les oreilles. Alors que je n'ai pas une utisation quotidienne.

Had my JVC just about 3 years. Worst tv I’ve ever owned. Switches itself off for no reason, takes ages to come on(you’d think it was an old valve tv warming up) battery warning message for remotes comes on won’t go, even with new batteries. Never again

About to take I to the tip as horizontal lines on screen make it impossible to view
I contacted Curry’s who said there is nothing they can do
Conclusion. Steer clear of Currys

JVC Roku 40" smart TV. Sound quality is so tinny, I've had to buy a soundbar. Now I've watched tv for an hour, the picture is not sharp at all. I have an old Samsung upstairs and it's a much clearer picture. Think I'll be taking this one back to Curry's...unless I find there is a protective film over the screen that I just can't see or feel!
